Update: called the location in Hilliard and they were willing to take my order. 5 stars for that location for making it right. Wonder how many other people the Galloway location has left scrambling for superbowl Sunday!Always make an advanced order for the Super Bowl every single year with no problem. This year they decide to cancel my order the day off. Terrible business practices and I will order flyers instead. Totally lost my business with this.

Wow! If they give you a specific time to pickup your order plan on waiting another 20 minutes, even if they are slow. Mine should have been ready at 5:34. He made the pizza when I got there because he didn’t realize there was an online order placed. This has happened multiple times and each time I say I will give them another chance. Unfortunately, this is the last time.

Order the buffalo chicken pizza. No flavor at all, seems there is no sauce and the only buffalo is slightly drizzled on the chicken. I recommend the owner secret shop his own store to see the quality that is being pushed to customers.Note from the wife: I didn't describe enough how bad the pizza was.

If I could leave zero stars I would, placed my order online, waited for an hour and called. They never put my order in, said there was technical difficulties and they weren't receiving online orders. Fine. I ordered an i670 and a plain pep. Total was around $40. This is what's left because I'd feel bad about wasting food

The store is disgusting. No working AC, the store was hi and gross. Trash and dead bugs on the floor. The one and only employee working said he was alone and told me to come back in 20 mins. When I returned he informed me they were out of green peppers and then started my pizza. Pretzel bites with no cheese. Don't waist your money. This place is disgusting.

Long story but terrible customer service from the owner...they took my order online and my money they were closed website said they were open..yes I ended up getting the pizza because the employee figured it out..the owner wasn't trying to help get to the bottom of the issue it was a small pizza for God's sake I showed it was paid for I will not return to this store ???? Shame on the owner no sorry we were closed our website needs updated just oh well..

Haven’t ordered from here in awhile. Saw it had better reviews so gave it another try. This was my pizza. It was like they dumped pineapple in the middle and didn’t spread out the cheese. It was horrible. I normally don’t do reviews but it’s so upsetting to pay for something that came out like this. I’m only doing 2 stars because the counter worker was so nice.
Great product great people great consistency its just run like dogsh*t. From the top down its worthless until you get to the people running it. The basic ohio pizza place that doesn't want to pay someone to run their business

This place used to be absolutely AMAZING which is why it gets 2 stars! For the last few months however it has been terrible. Quit ordering the hottest sauce for wings bc it was always out, last time pizza was so under cooked that it was inedible.. waited another month today 4/17/23 (now) and they won't even answer the phone for an order after attempting 3 times at least five minutes apart. Used to be my go to pizza shop, but now..... Won't be ordering any longer. Consistency is key and this place failed me after all this time enjoying the great food/service they once provided ?

My favorite place to get pizza wings and salad from…since I found this place I honestly will not even eat pizza anywhere else anymore let alone wings. They use a generous amount of sauce on the wings yet they are still crispy not to mention how delicious the pizza is every single time and to top it off their chicken Cesar salad is soooooo good literally mind blown by how delicious this place is. Usually a pizza place is only good at one thing or not good at all this place is good at making many different things. I love this place

First time ordering from this place. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and hands down it was by far the best pizza I have had in what seems like forever! Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a unique, one of a kind taste. The sauce definitely sets them apart.
