Today I paid with cash because they charge extra if you use a credit card. My change was supposed to be $4.54, but I was only given $4.00. My companion also paid her bill with cash and the change was $9.71 but she was given only $9.00. We asked the waitress where the rest of the change was and she said they didn’t have any change. Huh??
