For me, personally, my favorite restaurants have build-your-own options, and likewise, so does Chilitos! They have 10 different meal options you can choose from before you personalize it. I've gotten the burrito, soft tacos, and the bowl. Their two protein options are veggies and tofu, both of which are decent.
