I was just at Chipotle ...this is the 5th time that I have came in to order and they have been out of fajita veggies every single time ...and this time they were out of both fajita veggies and guacamole...they wasn't even attempting to make more ...I understand that Chipotle is good and very loved by many and they tend to be busy but it's part of the job to keep up with the supply and delivery what the customer came to get ...
Anytime I come here, there is a long wait, and the line moves super slow, which other Chipotle’s is never an issue, the staff never acknowledges you when asking about mobile orders, and it’s pointless to do a mobile order cause there an hour behind on them everytime I go. Placed order to be ready at 8pm, placed around 6ish, and still is not ready yet at 8:43
It’s Friday at 12:49. Lunchtime time. They need more than one person doing the orders. This is ridiculous. I’m going to spend my 30 minute lunch break just standing in line waiting to place an order. Food was cold. Mount Vernon Ohio
