This may seem petty but when you order a large fry please make sure it’s a large fry. Please don’t put old fries on the bottom and cover them with a few hot fries. It’s things like this that will stop me from coming back.
Refund policy. A couple weeks ago, I placed an order through the app for 2 shakes and 2 apple pies totalling 12.16. After waiting for 10 minutes, the manager comes out and says he's trying to fix the shake machine and he'll be back in a few minutes. He comes back and says I can't fix it and there are no pies either, but he can't refund me because of owner policy. I haven't been back because I got sick and now the manager conveniently probably won't remember me at all. SMH....read full review
Customer service. I waited 15 minutes for my order. They forgot one of my sandwiches and told me I'd have to drive back around to reorder my other sandwich. In the process the worker and manager argued with me through the window. I would never recommend this particular store under the current "management".

McDonald's is a great place to visit, with outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff, including managers, are friendly and attentive. The drive thru service is top tier and amazing, with staff that are not on their cell phones. They greet customers with smiles. The restaurant has a bright and safe ambiance, making it suitable for families with kids. The food is good and made to specifications. While some customers have experienced issues with short staffing, delays, and pricing, overall, McDonald's is a popular spot for a quick meal.
