Placed an order on app. App says they won’t deliver to me. The Garrettsville location does deliver to our address. Have to call in and switch to delivery, and pay delivery fee on separate transaction. Come on…. Get it together!

Generally speaking I'm not a fan of chain pizza places but this particular Dominos does a very nice job and has good service. In the 5+ years ordering from here they've only missed the mark or gotten an order wrong a very few times.

I CANNOT EAT DAIRY AND I KNOW I CLICKED THE THIN CRUST OPTION BUT SOMETHING MUST HAVE MESSED UP AND THEY DELIVERED THE HAND TOSSED WHEN AS SOON AS I PLACED THE ORDER ONLINE I CALLED AND TOLD THEM I CANNOT EAT DAIRY AND TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NO CHEESE AND I CANNOT HAVE ANY DAIRY AND SHE SAID OKAY! HAD IT DELIVERED TO MY JOB SO NOW I STARVE AT WORK!! SAYS RIGHT ON THE BOX THAT IF YOUR “NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR DOMINOS EXPERIENCE , WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT” YEAH RIGHT!! When I tell you that this location has never failed me, they've never failed me! The food is always hot!!! The drivers are awesome and friendly! Every single order that I have placed has came out perfect!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE order from this location!!! Awesome job guys, every time!

Usually great but last night a friend and I ate and regretted it. Vomiting and diarrhea all night and today as well. Beware because everyone who got pizza last night at Hiram college got sick also.
