Fast food? More like slow food. Not that busy in the drive through but as has become the norm at McDonald's, it took for ever, and this was at 10pm. No sauce for nuggets, no napkins.

I went through the drive through 2 days ago and the staff was so unprofessional and rude. They weren’t in uniform had tight clothes where you could see everything. My food was cold and burnt. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had. I will NEVER come back to this location ever.

McDonald's in Garrettsville was a completely different experience than I've had in a long time. Cortland McDonald's is nothing by comparison. Some of the things that Garrettsville got right that Cortland hasn't in a very long time:
✅ The fries. Hot, Fresh, and for the first time in forever I got fries from McDonald's that were ACTUALLY SALTED! Crazy, I know. ✅ The burgers: Fresh, not dried out, and well-seasoned ✅ Possibly the most impressive: The drinks were not only still on the dollar drink sale, they also actually tasted like the drink requested and not with some strange kind of taste that feels like the machine wasn't cleaned properly in a long time.
I don't know what kind of dark magic Garrettsville McDonald's has enacted to make it all so good, but if Cortland could get half as much as what I experienced in Garrettsville, I might actually stop there more often than once every 3 months or so when family comes to visit

At their current prices, I most often select a full service restaurant. I mostly go now just to please any children with me.
I used the screen to order and I went to the meals. I ordered 2 double cheeseburger. I thought it came with first because it was a meal. I got the burgers but no fries. The burgers were so small. Meat was thin. Not good at all. I spent 3.39 cents each burger. They used to be on the dollar menu and now they are triple that. Not impressed at all.

This is the only 1-star review I’ve ever given. It hurts me to have to do this, but it was warranted. I swung by to use the restroom first, and the first thing that hit me was the awful stench of urine. The urinal was filled to the brim with it. There were out of order signs on the one urinal there. Ok, that’s fine, I’ll use the stall. Except when I opened the stall there were 10 flies all flying around the urine filled toilet. Pee was all over the seats. I completely lost my appetite and left the McDonalds.
