All Taco Bell taste the same but every Taco Bell has a crew that you can tell have a good system. Except this one. I placed a pickup order on doordash and when I got the notification in the parking lot that my order was ready I went in. There is no order in the pickup area and I waited several minutes before an older man I believe I heard someone call Ron. Greated me with an attitude. I told him I have a pickup order for door dash it said it was ready. He proceeded to tell me yeah idk what to tell you it's probably gna be another 10 minutes. They tell you it's ready as soon as you order it idk what to tell you lady. I said ok. And during my 20 minute wait he proceeded behind the counter to slam doors, throw things , curse and be rude. None of the staff seemed to be communicating clearly. I worked at a Taco Bell on a college campus. Even at our worse nights we tested customers with kindness. I think the store needs retrained and Ron need fired.

For the money the food cost you think they could figure out cutting a quesadilla and actually put any bit of ingredients in them. They skimp out on the fillings for food and they have poor attitudes. Not worth it anymore. I'll drive to middlefield.

Listen I know most of these reviews are not the greatest but its also hard to employ people who have no desire to work also. As a general manager, area manager. Store manager and a team member of a franchise myself. But I got off work and I live in Nelson and on my way home after a busy day I wanted some food. Now Garrettsville doesn't have much choices but I love a good crunch wrap supreme. So I stopped and first time using the app The gal Haylee or Hayley was so polite and went with my vibe. I am so chill and she was too and it made it so nice to be treated like a real person finally. So kudos girl and thank you

The people didn't really speak much but the food..... the gordita wraps, burrito wrap, and nachos were all stale. The stomach cramps and nausea I've had from a few hours after I ate it into the next day are pretty record breaking. They definitely need to get the quality of their food up and make sure your not giving people food poisoning.

Whoever owns this Garrettsville store should be ashamed of how poorly it's run. To be out of a product being nationally advertised shows how inept the store is.
My order is wrong EVERY.....SINGLE.....TIME. Of course, its never on the side of getting extra. I am ALWAYS missing food and toppings that I paid for. Not going back.

Today was the last time I'll go to this Taco Bell! I don't pay $25 for food that doesn't even get into the bag, no hot sauces after I specifically asked for some and the quesadillas are A JOKE. if you want a whole burrito with 2 tablespoons of food in it the go for it, The portions & the amount of stuff they forget to give you is sad. And yes I could've took the time to check & make sure I got everything,but that's not my job. It's the workers job to make sure you get everything you ordered.

They had a bit of a rough start I won't lie, but the last few times I've gone there I've been very satisfied! The food is fresh and fast and I've only had pleasant interactions with the staff

Not really one to be a Karen or make reviews. I keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt but continually disappointed. Staff is actually very friendly per drive through, the food and pricing is the problem. Prices are more expensive compared to other locations with low quality and small portions. Sauces and utensils are usually forgotten. I know the fast food industry rough but for the price they want I expect better.
