There was little and almost no meat in the crunchy tacos had to wait about 10 minutes for my food. If there was sour cream in my five layer I couldn't see it! Don't think I'll ever go back
This has to be one of the most horrible Taco Bell's. I have ever encountered they consistently whether it is daytime or night time screw up my order. I ordered the same item every time. And they still can't get it right.I used to manage a Taco Bell years ago.And if I had consistent complaints, when I was a manager I resolved it exponentially.

I ordered using the app. Drive there and when i get to the window the lady tells me that they dont have an order for me. I have the order shown on the app and it was already posted to my bank account. The lady then tells me they cant help me i have to go through the app. So needless to say i had to dispute the charge with my bank cause you cant through to anyone on app. I will never go back to that place again. They take ur money and dont wanna give u what u paid for.
It's Taco Bell. Either you love it already, or couldn't care less, haha. This is a newer one that's usually pretty quick and clean.

Ordered online it takes me 10 min to get there and I didn't leave right away. Plenty of time to get my order done and when I got there still had to wait for it. What it the point of ordering online. Got 3 different combo boxes and of course they didn't come in a box. My food was just all in a bag, with a line behind me I can't open each item to make sure I got everything. If it's supposed to come in a box it should. So when I got home of course i was missing 3 items and I tried to contact them but it wouldn't let me submit it. So tired of all these fast food places not giving a s$@&.

I placed a mobile order for pick up, get there and they state that they are not accepting mobile orders or debit card transactions due to system being down. I understand systems being down, etc, but I feel this situation could have been avoided if they would just shut off mobile ordering. I asked how long it would take for the refund to be back on my card and the cashier stated she does not know it’s a separate system. Not cool with me fr. I will not be back, big waste of time and didn’t even have decency to call and let me know.

Not a fan of the automated server in the drive through it feels too robotic and your not sure if it's going to get everything right so you don't ask for things the way you want
