Worst biryani experience. It was full of watery masala with hardly any plain rice, extremely spicy, and not dum biryani at all. We ordered biryani, not just masala. Totally not worth it.

The food is SO spicy. It does not matter what level of spice you ask for - everything is at least 8 on 10 spicy. Dissapointing.

This location I usually always go to gave me food poisoning last month I just thought about ordering just now and the thoughts of me being very ill from headache and Diarrhea for 12 hours cannot leave my head. If I were you guys I would go to a different location hopefully the other Paradise biyaranis are cleaner.

We loved “paradise special chicken biryani” so much that we didn’t find this taste since last three years in US. We drove from chicago for a trip and this biryani ended the trip with full of taste. Thank you so much for making such delicious with apt spices in biryani and making our dinner so special. All of my friends loved it so much that we have been talking about the biryani since we tasted it. ❤️😋 I do recommend anyone to go with paradise special.

Never had such a bad experience in any Indian restaurant in last 25 years but the girl working at the cashier desk & she was taking order too, she was so rude, I ask her name she didn’t give me her name, she refused to give us plates, she was like we can’t give you separate plates for starter & main course. Please do not come to this restaurant, we ordered Samosa Chat after 20 minutes some one came & told us that we are out of Samosa Chat , unbelievable.

I have lived ten minutes from this place since they opened and I’m embarrassed that I have slept on it for so long. I have sampled nearly every Indian restaurant in the greater Cleveland area, and this is by far the best Indian food I have ever had. Service is great. Food is incredible and flavorful. We will definitely be back.

This is our new Indian food spot! Wow wow wow, its unbelievable. Do NOT skip the vegetable manchurian or the aloo gobi. And the hot and sour soup! It is spicy, even on the mild side, but just get an extra drink and dont let that dissuade you.

Long time customer gone.. Currently standing in the restaurant with litteraly 10 others waiting on our orders already 40 minutes past the pick up time for me. Food is good but overpriced and the lack of communication is unbelievable no updating us or any sort of apologies no credits given nothing. Need some serious customer service training after giving my order information when walked in after standing for all that time my order was sitting on shelf whole time soggy chicken 555 and bread . I will be getting indian food elsewhere from now on

I ordered takeout today. Order was ready on time. Staff was nice & friendly. Food was hot in temperature and very flavorful and delicious. This will be a regular option for me.
