“What a fantastic little gem in Gates Mills. As you drive to get to Sara’s Place you get to drive through the community of homes surrounding it. I wish it was summer so we could’ve walked around the area. It’s so interesting to look at all the homes.We enjoyed espresso martinis and maple bacon brussel sprouts to start. My wife had the cavatelli dish and I had the bone in pork chop. Both fantastic but the pork chop was one of the best I have ever had; highly recommend trying. Finished with a chocolate and salted caramel custard that really lived up to the expectation set by our waiter.This is a great place to enjoy some really good food and also have a quiet, relaxed night out in an area that isn’t packed with people. We’ll be back!”

“We've been meaning to stop during our travels here for a couple of years. We went on a Sunday night and it was quite busy. It seems there were two servers taking care of the whole restaurant and one was bartending as well. This, I feel, had an affect on the experience overall. The one drink that was ordered was not that great. We ordered pretty quickly, but had to ask for stuff like napkins and straws. Our appetizers and entrees arrived all at once. The combo appetizer was ok and nicely presented. The stuffed cabbage was luke warm. The gyro plate was good and the salad was excellent. Their bread and dipping sauces were also excellent. There aren't many options for this type of fare in this area, so this is a nice change of pace. Worth a try.”

“Amazing experience, can’t wait to go back! Pancakes and sausage I’ve had were probably the best breakfast I’ve tasted. Local maple syrup was a wonderful touch. Even butter was very tasty. Staff were amazing from waitresses to the cook who all wanted to make sure that my experience was exceptional. Service was extremely quick and despite busy dining room, my order came right up. “I’ve been coming here consistently since they opened. The food and drinks are high quality, healthy, and absolutely delicious. The sauces they use actually make me crave eating here more and more. I work in the area and it’s great knowing that there is a healthy option nearby that never disappoints.The actual atmosphere is great! “So five starts because my fiance loved his meal and his food was great. My food was just okay.We went here for my fiance's birthday. I can't remember what he got but it was steak medium rare and it was so good. He has the butter cake which was so amazing! We had the mina cheese and it was so good!! He got the Brazilian wax for the drink and it was yummy.I had the sea bass with orange sauce, capers, and risotto. I just felt like the flavors didn't mesh well. I'm an adventurous eater and love unique flavors but this was just okay. The fish was cooked perfectly. The risotto was okay, the orange sauce was pretty good. Maybe a lemon garlic sauce would've been better.I got the caramel brulee and honestly I've had better.I also got the fresh pineapple and mint juice. It didn't taste like pineapple. Or the pineapple they used wasn't very sweet probably because it's out of season. I'm not sure.However his food was so good so I'm giving it five stars because I know they make delicious food and I just think maybe my food was just not the right kind for me.”

We both got the classic gyro w/feta. The baklava was incredible!With food + drinks for 2 and dessert it was around $40. Seems kinda steep, but for authentic and post covid I think these will be the normal prices we see for local eats.Overall great experience!”
