“Let me start with the service. I was here to pick up an order I placed online of 3 pizzas. I'm giving 3 stars because I came in and stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged at least 3 minutes. The only other customer there was sitting down. Workers were present and actively working and made eye contact with me just didn't voice or offer a hand signal of like "we'll be right with you" or "just 1 sec" or something along those lines. That's it. Will it stop me from coming back? Not unless I see this as a pattern. Maybe it was a 1 off.
The pizzas were great. My personal favorite is the pepperoni and sausage. My guests loved the veggie pizza. No complaints whatsoever on food. I usually eat only pepperoni pizza but at this place, it's something about the pepperoni/sausage pizza that makes my stomach smile.”

“The food was amazing again tonight. This is the second time since they've opened I've been and it got even better. What great food, great staff, and great atmosphere. I have a special place in my heart for Korean BBQ and this is among the best I've ever had. If you've never tried it, trust the wait staff to point you to the best stuff on the menu. “A very vast selection to choose from drink and food wise. Great prices, awesome food. The place was absolutely packed wall to wall and service wasn't lacking. Our table had the Mardi Gras omelette, Chicken and Waffles and the Crab Cake Eggs Benedict. No complaints, super tasty! Definitely my new favorite brunch spot! For the people who complain about waiting, you can simply join the wait-list online. It takes 10 seconds to fill out and submit. We had zero wait upon arrival because we utilized the wait-list.”

“First time! Excited! Heard nothing but compliments. The restaurant had many open seats. We enter and a person of upper management looked up and punched in something and then directed the server. The server, under direction took us to the worst place in the restaurant. My prayer was that it wasn’t because we were a family of color. I tried hard to disregard the thought as we were directed to sit outside the kitchen door. :—/. I was getting away from the kitchen. That was the last place I wanted to celebrate our special occasion. I asked for a different place in the restaurant that was housing one other visible couple. She was very happy to oblige us. When a restaurant is full, I can understand…. But this was far from the case. The server was 5STAR ! Food 5STAR ! I will definitely try it again with hopes that it was a mistake on the management part. My hopes…”

“Great find! Would never have guessed a gem in a little strip mall. Super clean and tastefully decorated. (I am bias to Roosters however) Top notch service! The place was hopping and the staff stayed on top of it. Chefs super friendly and thanked us for coming. Food was promptly brought out hot, coffee cup was never empty. Great selection of breakfast items, we wanted to try everything! Reasonably priced! Highly recommend! Please support local establishments like The Sleepy Rooster!”

“I became acquainted with Mission BBQ when they had a food truck at the Chardon Maple Festival several years ago. The pulled pork sandwich with the coleslaw is my favorite. Everything my family and I have tried here has been incredible. And we love the atmosphere as well. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you love BBQ and food for the soul, you’ll love Mission BBQ.”
