Tommy V's Pastaria

Tommy Vs has some of the best pizza around. I know a lot of places say it, but this is different than other kinds of pizza. It is excellent. Their Italian beef sub is also good as are their pasta dishes, but the pizza is king.

Expensive compared to other places I go for lunch, but what you get for that money is incredible. I swear the Italian beef sandwich is more massive and delicious every week. Really nice staff, always chatting with customers.

Delicious veal parm sub. Great fettuccini. Love their Italian beef sub, but sells out quickly. Awesome pizza. Moderate prices. Very friendly staff. Mangia!

The food here is amazing. The best authentic, hand made Italian food in the area! The staff is great and the service is quick! So if you are looking for authentic Italian food I highly recommend!

Tommy V's used to have fantastic pizza. The last 2 times we've picked up pizza it was way to salty and bottom was burnt. You could taste the salt even in the dough. Was told that the original Tommy sold the store but they still had the same recipes. I don't believe they are the same recipes.

Staff has apparently changed. Witnessed rude service and they seemed to be out of everything an Italian restaurant should have. No salad, no alfredo sauce, out of several types of soft drink. It's too bad. It used to be great.

Worst soggy pizza EVER !!! Took the pizza back and they refused a refund !!! Could not even eat the pizza .... it was a pile of mush!! TOTAL waste of money

I've been eating here since it opened close to 8 years ago but never thought to give it a review so here it is. The food may seem pricey, but you get what you pay for...the best. The pasta and bread is all freshly made daily. If you go in for an early lunch, you can take in the smells of all the fresh bread. Watching the pasta machine curl out cavatelli is really neat to see. Above all the great food choices, the staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is inviting and the kitchen is immaculate! It makes you wonder how late they stay every night to keep it looking as good as it does! My suggestion to anyone who is contemplating on giving this place a try, don't hesitate. The pasta is top notch, eggplant Parmesan is extraordinary, chicken parmesan subs are great hot or cold, and the pizza is some of the best in N.E. Ohio.

I ordered the chicken marsala. When I went to pick up my food I received a piece of chicken with mushrooms on top of spaghetti with no marsala wine sauce. After pointing out the mistake and making it clear what I had ordered I received just a plain piece of chicken with mushrooms, no sauce again.The marsala wine is where the dish gets its name from, so to not even make it or know what it is completely defeats the purpose of this dish. Very disappointed and I think someone needs to be informed of how to properly prepare what is being offered on the menu.

The pizza was good but over cooked bottom burnt we order a meatball sub it was ok because it was over cooked and burnt on bottom.

Since my June trip to Italy I've been craving some good pasta (and I'm not really a pasta guy!). These guys have it. Their cavatelli is fantastic, with a great sauce, and the meatballs were the best I've ever had in the US. Also fast friendly service for takeout. I'll be back!

Hidden gem! Some of the best Italian food in the area! Glad we stopped in! We will definitely be back! Staff was friendly food was great!
