If there were only more stars! I love this place. Even when they made a mistake in cones for my order they quickly remade mine and let me keep the one that was in the wrong cone. They are kind, courteous, and very easy to make something right. Next birthday I'm definitely including Baskin Robbins!!!

Went for coffee drinks and to order an ice cream cake. Received quick and friendly service.
Parking: Located in a plaza with a convenience store that sells gas, and the gas pumps make it tricky to back out. Also, spaces are limited because of the pumps and convenience store business.
Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is wheelchair accessible, as well as the bathrooms.

Only complaint was the milkshakes were more chocolate milk because they did not use enough ice cream.

What an absolute joke! I asked for a 2 "scoop" sundae, in the drive thru. What I got was "one small spoonfull" covered up completely in whip cream. Didn't fill the cup up halfway. I couldn't believe it! I basically paid over 5 bucks for a half a cup of whip cream!?!? It pretty much melted be the time I eat my 2 tiny bites of ice cream.

We took the kids to grab ice cream and stood there for 5 minutes waiting for help. Finally we spotted someone and made eye contact she never acknowledged we were there. Someone else Finally came in about 3 minutes later and yelled hey does anyone wanna help us out here. We said forget it..... that was at least $25.00 I saved and we always leave a great tip.... sorry for her!

Very very disappointed that this location does not carry chocolate chip ice cream. I live in Madison and this location is close to me. So i drive there to get the kind of ice cream I want and then I have to drive all the way to Painesville to get the kind of ice cream I want!! I don't ever remember going to a Baskin Robbins and they didn't have chocolate chip ice cream!!

Scary. Went to get ice cream. Was advised not to cuz there were nats in the ice cream case. And we asked y they were still selling it, was told boss said to sell it anyways

Terrible. Went there and there were no waffle cones. Next time the person who made the waffle cone had broke it all the way down the middle so ice cream was dripping out everywhere, didn't even give a cup to put it in. It was a mess. Next time drive-thru was blocked off so you couldn't go through but the lobby has been closed since covid so you couldn't get in at all, yet the sign said open. This time was told they couldn't serve ice cream right now because of staffing.??? What? Worst Baskin-Robbins ever.

Had two scoops of Icing on the Cake and it a freezer burnt and quite flavorless. I've never had BR, so I was excited. So disappointing.
Shift change was a disaster at 10:20 pm. There were no orders taken for 10 + minutes at the drive thru. The lobby was closed due to Covid. The service was unacceptable and very inefficient. This is a very poor way of doing business.

So girl who took order had no clue what she was doing .ordered a triple scoop cup with caramel chocolate ,cookie dough, and brownie. Husband ordered triple scoop with berry ,mango and chocolate both cups with fudge and krunch coat..I recieved 6 cups of triple scoop of single ice creams. 2 had hot fudge..No krunch coat..also ordered a red velvet machiato which came as a caramel machiato...idk you should train your people for the cost if things. Ridiculous...
