We had to wait a short while of course for service but even though they have a small kitchen we received our delicious sandwich in a short time also with our wine. “Welcoming tavern by the river (with an old covered bridge across the road) that is a local favorite. Great stocked bar with a good menu.
The grilled cheese with bacon and BLT sub hit the spot. The lady tending the bar was friendly and helpful. Glad we stopped by for lunch.”

“This place is a gem! Prices are pretty reasonable. Wing night prices are incredible, although my compliment of “almost as good as Buffalo’s wings”, seemed to fall flat! I’d go back in a heartbeat but I will say that the locals get more attention. Every customer deserves equal attention in my book and I have lots of food service experience!”

“Capo’s pizza is truly the best in Northeastern Ohio! My son usually orders a large, for game time and after hours snacking. But my favorite is their Deep Dish, with plenty of cheese and other toppings!”

“Went here for dinner and as soon as we were seated, two large parties came in after us. They called in an extra cook for back up and even though they were very busy during our time at Piero’s, they managed to get our orders out earlier than expected. I was very impressed with only one server and two cooks how helpful the entire staff was to execute the dinner rush seamlessly. Everyone had a hand in delivering plates, checking in, and cleaning up. Kudos to Piero’s Pasta house and the team you have. We will certainly be back!”

Karaoke Night, on Thursdays is a good way to have fun and show off your talent. Also on the weekends, are various bands. Come join the party.”

“This is an inside/outside venue .. if you haven’t been here when In Geneva you are missing probably the coolest club in NE OHIO. The owners and staff are super cool and they have a real concert set up for bands.. the food is awesome and the alcohol list extensive.. They have probably the best DJ in OHIO and between bands the club does all kinds of creative fun things.. everyone fits in at Sportsterz… Bikers, wedding parties, out of town biz meetings, Moms, Dads, college kids, Country peeps , Classic rock peeps, Mega Dance pop people … … you name it! There is also a motorcycle on the back stage wall that they can start remotely that is a real party starter… I can’t say enough great things about Sportsterz .. if you are a bachelorette this is the place to be also … such a blast! I’m in one of the bands and play there all the time.. so I have a great perspective…”

“This is a review from someone who craves these year long and lives 200 miles away but comes back every summer for at least two per visit. Delicious meats (and non meat options) and seasoning all compiled with just the right ratio of the good stuff: cilantro lime rice, sour cream, salsa, and rice and beans. Dairy left out for the vegans, so there's something for everyone! Be ready for giant, tasty burritos that you'll travel back to GOTL for every time! Try the Effin Crawler (an upgraded walking taco) when you can't commit to the big burrito, but definitely get the big burrito to go on your way home. Combine great taste and portion size with the nicest, coolest guy you'll ever meet, and you'll see why I'm taking all the time to write this.”

“I highly recommend Murphy's when visiting Geneva on the Lake. It was our first time visiting and we decided to check it out with a large group of 18 adults and kids. We arrived right as they opened to try and make things easier on them/the kitchen and we were able to sit down immediately.

Sean was very accommodating and patient with our large group and as friendly as could be. He even did some magic/jokes for the kids to keep them entertained. I was very impressed with his service overall as many other tables came after us but he was still attentive and checking in as appropriate.

Overall the food was great - some highlights were the Reuben, the duck, and the burger (sorry, I don't recall which one). The pork wings were also very good.

My only minor complaint is that they don't serve any wine. I know it's an Irish pub, but still it would be nice to have an option or two!

“Beautiful views with lots of outdoor seating. Next time we will know to bring our own snacks, but you truly cannot beat the view from the back patio. The tasting line was long when we arrived, but moved very quickly and the staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend. We walked in with a group of 7 and had no issue finding somewhere to sit and relax.”

“10/7/2023: 10 of us from Canton Ohio walked to the “Water Street Bar” from our rental at 430 N. Broadway. It was a 1 minute walk to Water St. and another 1 minute walk down the St.. We had a great time at this little gem of a neighborhood bar, playing pool (2 tables). Very clean and spacious , lots of bar seats at the bar while watching pool. The owner Ernie, was generous buying us drinks and accommodating our various needs. Great place after a day of wineries. There was no food because they were only open 2 weeks after shut down from Covid but food was in their future. Friendly neighborhood bar, left a $100 Nike OSU jacket there that night and they had it waiting for us to comeback for it the next evening!”

“My father & I both tried the wings, pulled pork sandwiches, and lemonade! Everything was absolutely delicious! The wings are smoked to perfection, and the meat just literally falls off the bone when you take a bite! The sauce has a wonderful flavor to it. Their pulled pork looks to be hand pulled, which is the best, because a lot of other places use shredded pork, and I don’t think it is as good! Theirs is also juicy and delicious! The lemonade is hand made and tastes just like what you would get at the fair! Overall the food is very good and fresh, we will definitely be going back!”

“We were privileged to be able to participate in The Christmas Carol Dinner Theater. The actors and actresses were fantastic and did an excellent job tonight. The food was great too even though my husband and I tried figgy duck for the first time. Our dinner was superb and we even made some new friends.”

“Walked in to the manager chewing out the hostess/ head waitress. it doesn't matter what she did, this should have been done out of sight of customers. it was awkward for her and us. She even felt the need to apologize. Food was ok. My husband said his fries were"raw", never heard that description before. He said his burger was ok. I had a Reuben. lots of corned beef, but it was sliced in a way that every time I bit into it I got half the sandwich. The soup was salty. our waitress was"Master" she was kind and very efficient”

“Best bang for your buck as far as arcades. The games are all reasonable and the cost for the cards is also a deal. We frequent arcades for air hockey and some other classics and this is by far one of the best ones to get the most for your money. I have not checked out the prize selection but parents this is a great deal!”
