“10/7/2023: 10 of us from Canton Ohio walked to the “Water Street Bar” from our rental at 430 N. Broadway. It was a 1 minute walk to Water St. and another 1 minute walk down the St.. We had a great time at this little gem of a neighborhood bar, playing pool (2 tables). Very clean and spacious , lots of bar seats at the bar while watching pool. The owner Ernie, was generous buying us drinks and accommodating our various needs. Great place after a day of wineries. There was no food because they were only open 2 weeks after shut down from Covid but food was in their future. Friendly neighborhood bar, left a $100 Nike OSU jacket there that night and they had it waiting for us to comeback for it the next evening!“

“We love this place. There is always a large selection of soups and the menu is diverse enough for us. The fish fry is the main reason we come but we have tried a lot of other things that are very good too. It is definitely worth stopping.“
“Loved our trip Ruff Life Cafe,Sportsterzs Bar and Fire House Winery welcomed us and our dog. Everyone was great. The only problem was we had to stay in Austinberg because no one would let us stay with a large dog. Would love to come back next year but we are exploring other options so we can travel with our dog. Also Chateau Debonne was extremely dog friendly“

“We love Murphys. We even got Sean to sing our table a song since they didnt have live music at the moment. My favorite pub/restaurant when visiting Genena on the Lake for the Thunder on the Strip weekend. I only have positive things to say about them.“

“We had a memorable experience here at Sandy Chanty(Aug ‘26)! Chef Patt and her husband saw us peaking into their establishment(as we were in search for our 5 o’clock meal) and invited us in to accommodate. We started with house salads with a delicious house made vinaigrette and the smoked lobster dip. We also enjoyed the famous lobster lasagna and I believe it was a walleye. At the end of our meal, we were even treated to a special show of their antique shooting range which is an attraction in and of itself.“
