“This is an unexpected gem. We were traveling and had a hankering for a good burger. We found this place just off I90 in Ohio. The place looks as if stepped out of a 50s roadside joint. But oh the burgers were fantastic! Fresh hand paddied goodness, with choice of toppings. I had bacon swiss with shrooms. A third pound of burger wonder. Fresh hot and cooked perfectly. Wife had bacon cheeseburger, and just as good. Oh and don't forget the generous serving of hand made fries. Don't let the appearance sway you, definitely stop if in the area.”

“Hi! Just want to take a moment to appreciate Scribblers! I love this little coffee shop by my house. It’s always such a warm, welcoming vibe and just makes you feel comfortable the second you walk in. Carson is seriously the best!! He is always so kind and full of light. Today he even offered me an umbrella to walk home in the rain, which meant a lot. Scribblers always takes such good care of their customers 🤍”

“Have to admit to being severely disappointed, in myself. Pride myself on visiting local breweries and cannot believe I’ve missed Darkroom. I’m very happy to have corrected this mistake.

The beers are excellent, ratings on Untapped, and there is a wide enough variety for any snob or someone who likes simple Pilsners/lagers.

Space is immense and thoroughly enjoyed the eclectic decorations. Our visit coincided with Open Mic Night and enjoyed the varied talents and music.

“We were in Geneva Ohio for a Junior Olympic swim meet and we ate lunch there. I do t do reviews ever but this place was outstanding! The simplest meals were extra special, better than expected!!! I wish I could go back there again and again but it is far away from where I live! Go there to eat and you WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!”

“Beautiful views with lots of outdoor seating. Next time we will know to bring our own snacks, but you truly cannot beat the view from the back patio. The tasting line was long when we arrived, but moved very quickly and the staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend. We walked in with a group of 7 and had no issue finding somewhere to sit and relax.”

“We came from Chagrin Falls to see the Micro Wrestling. This bar was so cool and fun. Really cool patrons. Easy going staff who handled big crowds with ease and efficiency. “10/7/2023: 10 of us from Canton Ohio walked to the “Water Street Bar” from our rental at 430 N. Broadway. It was a 1 minute walk to Water St. and another 1 minute walk down the St.. We had a great time at this little gem of a neighborhood bar, playing pool (2 tables). Very clean and spacious , lots of bar seats at the bar while watching pool. The owner Ernie, was generous buying us drinks and accommodating our various needs. Great place after a day of wineries. There was no food because they were only open 2 weeks after shut down from Covid but food was in their future. Friendly neighborhood bar, left a $100 Nike OSU jacket there that night and they had it waiting for us to comeback for it the next evening!”
