I would recommend King Cone in Perry to anyone coming Lake County. I usually have a great experience, but tonight was kinda lackluster. My go to order has always been the peanutbutter piggy with banana soft serve instead of the twist ice cream. I've never had any issues in the past, but tonight I was told that they are unable to switch out the the soft serve to banana ice cream. Delicious and unique! We love King Kone!
The location was nice and clean and provided several tables to sit at outside. The portions were HUGE and the kids took their left overs home and ate them the next day. There are a lot of menu options to pick from. Plenty of parking. We all loved it and would definitely go back!
