I DON'T UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE COMPLAINTS ON HERE. WE HAVE BEEN TO THIS LOCATION OF BASKIN-ROBBINS FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE WITH A SMILE. SURE SOMETIMES A BUSINESS WILL HIRE A PERSON THAT WILL GIVE BAD SERVICE BUT THOSE EMPLOYEES DON'T USUALLY LAST LONG, BUT YOU CAN'T JUDGE THE WHOLE BUSINESS BY A ONCE IN A WHILE FLOP. LIKE I SAID, MY WIFE AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE AND ON OUR MOST RECENT VISIT, A YOUNG MAN NAMED JUSTIN TOOK CARE...

If there were only more stars! I love this place. Even when they made a mistake in cones for my order they quickly remade mine and let me keep the one that was in the wrong cone. They are kind, courteous, and very easy to make something right. Next birthday I'm definitely including Baskin Robbins!!!

Went for coffee drinks and to order an ice cream cake. Received quick and friendly service.

Parking: Located in a plaza with a convenience store that sells gas, and the gas pumps make it tricky to back out. Also, spaces are limited because of the pumps and convenience store business.

Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is wheelchair accessible, as well as the bathrooms.
