Not a fan of them allowing a non-service animals in the restaurant. How is having a dog jumping around a dining room not a health code violation?
Food okay, but would be far better if they didn't butter the bread used for sandwiches. It makes it very heavy.

My mom and I were in Ohio for a day and ended up coming here for dinner. The atmosphere was nice, it was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food was good! Exactly what we were looking for. Pretzels must be big in the area because every restaurant seemed to have them. We got it to share and it was HUGE and hanging off a hook display. It was fine, I probably wouldn’t order it again. I’ve had better pretzels. However, the chicken and spinach fettuccine was very good!
There was an issue with the table next to us. We couldn’t hear what it was but the manager was fantastic with them. She listened intently, validated them and apologized. She comped his meal and got the entire table a desert of their choice. They chose the cheesecake and could he heard “mmm-ing” through the booth ?? It was really nice to see such a classy and professional manager/owner.

Fresh cut fries are delicious, and so are the chicken tenders. Got some applesauce too and loved it. The waiter lost our order but the food still came quickly. Great music selection too! Would come again, thanks Chops Grille & Tap House!

Went over the other day with my family and had one of the worse experiences of any restaurant I've ever been to. Took forever to get seated, table that we were sat at was sticky, and our server did not approach us for about 30 minutes. If it wasn't for the "wing special" we would have left, and we should have because it kept getting worse.... When we finally received our order, our wings were raw and COLD in the middle and they tasted like old, very used oil.. They were not edible!! I brought this up with the server who went to grab the manager, im guessing the manager was the women we heard SCREAMING in the back, because she nor any member of management came to talk to us. The server did not say anything to us and just brought us our check, and pretended everything was okay. She even thanked us for coming out and then was nowhere to be seen. I cannot believe how we were treated. I hope their management gets their heads out of their butts or they will loose a lot of customers! Absolutely disappointing! I'd give zero stars if I could!

Was not able to be seated. Didn't get to try service and food.
The bartender was very rude to my husband and said if he was looking for a bad time he's going to have a bad time. He just wanted to know if we could sit at the bar and eat because the hostess said it was a 20 minute wait for bar seating or regular seating but we saw a couple go into the bar sit and got there food. My margarita was absolutely disgusting my filet which I thought was filet mignon but couldn't have been because it had a lot of fat and grisle. My baked potato had no butter on it and the salt container didn't work. We were sitting by another couple who also said the bartender was rude to them also.

The food was absolutely delicious ?. The service was very friendly. It's a very nice restaurant comfortable, very nice atmosphere. The combined cheeseburger was excellent. I recommend the onion ring Tower ?. I will definitely go back.
