Very poor customer service. No acknowledgement or eye contact when ordering. I ordered a black coffee, and expected an employee to call out the order since there was no name asked, and waited for minutes. I simply had to assume the hot coffee on the delivery counter was mine and walked out. Would have rather gotten gas station coffee instead.

They will always get your shit wrong no matter what I don’t know why that place is being run by a bunch of 14 year-old. They have no customer service skills and will just stare at you until you drive away. They don’t say anything and they forget items so just be aware that that place low-key sucks

This place has gone downhill they have gotten rid of all their workers who know what they are doing and replaced them with young kids who simply don't care my order is wrong 4/5 times now and they have almost doubled their pricing so your getting a crummy product at double price now used to be my favorite location but cnt keep coming back and having my $8 coffee be wrong 4 of my 5 visits a week

Donuts were stale. They forgot my coffee order. Not at all the service or experience I'm used to at other DD locations. Besides the 11 workers running all over each other the quality reminded me of a DD kiosk at a truck stop

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and there was a hair in it. Disgusting! I called their corporate and was told there was nothing they could do to help and that I would have to speak with the franchise owner and they would put me in contact with them. We'll see if I actually hear anything back from them. I seriously doubt it. I tried to call the store I bought the sandwich from and naturally "all circuits are busy" no matter how many times I try to call. Convenient. Seems no one wants to take responsibility for some rather disgusting food preparation habits.

Constant inaccurate food orders. They either forget something, made it wrong, or the coffee is dirty water. Orders are rarely up to par or consistent.
