This place needs proper management. My iced coffee the past 2 times tasted like sugar water. The "kids" working the drive thru are nonsense. I got called a "fella" as he handed me my food and then upon arriving home, I had the wrong food in my bag. Not sure how this place stays open. Good riddance in my opinion.

Tried to order with my app, but there was a glitch with the payment so I had to go inside. The store and employees get 5 stars, the company does not until it works out that glitch.
I love this Dunkin and stop at least three times on my way to work. The drive thru is always backed up so i try to do online orders and run in to pick up from the table which saves me at least 10 minutes of waiting. Well around Christmas i noticed on the app that it said this location was closed. i called the store and they said their manager put that on there because they were short handed earlier & they don't know how to change it back. well it stayed that way for over a week! i couldn't order ahead. So I decided to go to the brand new Starbucks, less than a mile away from this location. Apparently, everyone else was doing the same thing because It was so jampacked with cars in the parking lot and drive-thru. They are really going to hurt their business. If they don't step things up, I agree it's never the same people working inside except for one cranky older lady. They have a terrible turnover of employees. Sure hope they get their act together, because I do prefer Dunkin over Starbucks

Rude asked very clearly multiple times for a cookie butter latte with the cookie butter foam on top. At order screen they asked do you want whipped cream or anything on that we replied no thank you just the cookie butter foam. When at the window, they handed out my husband's drink then asked if we had anything we again replied just waiting on the cookie butter latte with foam on top. Another employee tried to hand us a latte and I told her we just needed the foam on top. She then put whipped cream on it and handed it to us, even though they are not the same. The sticker on the cup didn't even read cookie butter latte she gave us a regular latte.
Always a long wait, but worth it. Sad that they no longer have French cruellers.Parking: Not many spaces. Sometimes difficult to get to the handicapped parking, which is why I almost always use the drive-through.

Poor management, everyone works on running the window, no one works the counter. I'm a veteran and on veterans day I could not even buy a doughnut because no one would waite on me. They all looked at me in front of the counter but no one would take my order. Waiste of time. Shut it down and put a real doughnut shop there
