FINALLY made it to East End yesterday for the Burger Of The Week, Quesadilla Smash Burger - VERY GOOD!! Shirley enjoyed the Italian Grinder Burger. I REALLY wanted the Scoopable Cheesecake but the burger filled me up. Great food and service!!

It took at least 10 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us. Ordered a fish sandwich and tots to split. Took over 45 minutes to get our food. We finally had to go find the waitress. Never got a bill

Part of the Geneva on the lake bar crawl 10/18 -19 /2024. Friendly staff good drinks 😁 the wife, stepdaughter and her boyfriend enjoyed playing connect four 🤣

I haven't been in this building since 2012. Extensive work done in/out. Very nice. Atmosphere was upbeat & inviting. Food was excellent.
Had a AMAZING hamburger & fries. I can't say enough about the food here. When down at GOTL, stop here!!

Ordered 2 burger medium rare and they came out not well done but burnt (see pictures). They were not edible. Received only a fraction discount. Asked to speak to the manager was told the owners were here. They refused to speak to me. Said they were "busy." It was the off season during lunch and not busy at all. I was calm and professional the whole time. I've never had a manager or owner refuse to talk to the customer. Will never be back. I showed our burnt burgers to other customers to warn them. Stay away!
