As dumb as this is going to sound… you can tell when standard operating procedures are followed and no corners are cut and quality is put into a certain location above others!
For starters, my biscuit was delicious! Fresh, flaky and baked to perfection. I’ve NEVER had a good biscuit from KFC EVER! I ordered around 9:15pm and they gave me FRESH CHICKEN!!! I had a 3 whole wing combo extra crispy and it was delicious! To the point where I don’t even want to get food from another KFC location.
Little things get taken for granted, you can tell by the quality and customer service of this location the way it’s being operated they take service seriously. I’m not sure who exactly made my food and took my order I greatly appreciate the experience that I had.
