Very clean store with courteous employees. The kitchen workers seemed focused and safely oriented while cooking. You can see them from the front counter. Very fast service and the pot pies are great!
My mom stopped by a little bit ago for just a traditional potato bowl for me because I’m sick and that’s all I wanted. We don’t live in Geneva so I can’t turn around and go back. Someone ripped her off and she needs her money back.A bowl of stale fries that look days old with sprinkled cheese that’s not melted with a glob of potato on top with 2 giant chickens is not what she ordered.

Tried the new smash bowls. I won't get them again. Just a bowl of thin mashed potatoes with cheese sauce and hard bacon bits served over a few french fries. Nasty. And after seeing what that other reviewer found in his food it's never again for KFC. Bye bye.

Go here semi frequently. Usually pretty good, but can be bad sometimes. When bad, either super dry or super greasy. Starting to wonder how often they change the oil. Several greasy experiences had dark brown run off and just smelled old.

Very dissapointed!!! Bout a 12-piece for $38.99 it included five wings not one of them had a lick of meat on them it was breaded bones three legs that were dried up and three thighs that were 80% breading n one breast that was the size of a thigh also dried up the biscuits so hard it would give somebody a black eye had I thrown it at them the large sides were not even halfway full I'd be lucky if I could feed two people in my family that is if they wanted to eat it
We ordered online. Went and picked up the food drove home. Started to get the chicken out to give to my children and the skin on it was Mushy undercooked. The sides are all cold ALSO the Biscuits are hard and cold. So we had to waste more gas just to go back to complain. This is not the first time we have had bad food from here. This seems to be a reoccurring issue at dinner time. We have never had much of an issue if we go at lunch time. At this point we will no longer spend money for food at dinner time at this KFC!! Food is expensive and people want hot, and cooked food.

Used the drive thru. The young man who was working was very polite and courteous. The chicken on the other hand...I don't know what's happened but it seems like the quality has gone down. The last couple of times I got chicken, the pieces had broken bones, the thighs were on the small side...disappointing..

Having been raised in Kentucky...and on the original Kentucky Fried Chicken, I can say they NAILED IT! I ordered a 3pc original, and to my surprise, it was perfectly cooked! Other KFCs have been so bad that I've started frequenting Lee's instead. This location was great. Granted it was 4pm but the chicken was crisp and hot. Mashed potatoes were really hot...not luke warm like most. Slaw was perfect!Simply put...glad I stopped...and the best KFC I've had in at least 10+ years!
