Well I looked at their menu from their Facebook page. It said large pizza was $9.99 plus topping. I ordered two large pizza’s with toppings. Fans were running and I didn’t hear what he said the total was. He ran my credit card and it was $72!!! I told him cancel the transaction I’m not paying $72 for two large pizzas. He said he never did that before and didn’t know how. I said website says large pizzas are $9.99. He replied that’s our other restaurant. So I didn’t have a choice but to take the pizzas. Got them home and it was probably the worst pizza I ever had!!!! Sauce tasted like it had a pound of sugar in it. Pizza was super thin. Pizza was over cooked. All of the toppings were so dried out it was like they were in a dehydrator. I could have got a couple of nice steak dinners for $72. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. I felt like I got scammed.

Really hit or miss here, it's either a gas-station-quality slice, or like really freaking good. But it's cheap and there's only like one other choice for slices around so give it a whirl. Why not?

Mmmm not good. My best guess here is there are 3 things; not much competition (very few sit down restaurants in town….look for yourself, maybe 1 or 2 others), the view is pretty, and most guests were couples- more focused on each other vs a below average restaurant. The food is quite poor and service about the same. The appetizer was described as “shrimp with fancy bacon” - actually was 90% garlic broth (not mentioned), a few barely cooked small floating shrimp and a handful of tiny pieces of tasteless “something” - the ham I guess. Nothing like described, no good flavors, just POW garlic w broth and floating…stuff. We mentioned it but nothing was done. The (we think) snap peas were grey - you know the kind, at one time green but came out just like canned and wayyyyy overcooked w no flavor. Mashed potatoes were so watery. The duck was OK - no flavor but not as lousy as the rest. A standard brandied cherry sauce was the only flavor I recall. The steak was also so bad. A poor cut of meat to start and sirloin is tricky….and dry and flavorless when overcooked this way. Came with a peppercorn season but the cut and preparation were obviously not on the mark. The server - never want to be too harsh, she seemed nice - just not trained and doing her best. We’ll never return. They are really trying to be something they just aren’t. There are some other restaurants outside of town - try those maybe if you want something this style.? Hope this is helpful.

We bought two big pizzas spent $60+ on the both of them. They said they ran out of big boxes which I didn’t think anything of til we got our pizza home and it was hot stacked on top of each other with paper in between each piece. We tore the paper off and all the cheese and toppings came right off. You couldn't even scrape it off the paper because it was so thin and paper tore off with it. What a waste of money I don’t know how they thought this was acceptable to do but all that pizza was wasted except maybe top 2 slices. Not happy about that part but service was great and the two young men who owned it were very friendly. We would have called to voice our complaint but no number was listed for business and we were leaving town early morning.

SO DISAPPOINTING! We have enjoyed great meals here in the past but it’s obvious something changed. The only thing going for this restaurant now is the view if you’re lucky enough to sit by a window. Service and food were sub par and very very overpriced. We were served our wine when we were almost done with dinner. Waitress was flighty and just complained about the bartender when we complained about the lateness of the wine. Our salads and bread were delicious, then it went down hill. My ragu was over cooked. My husbands dried tomato pasta was bland. We will not return.

I liked this slice a bit more than capos, I have to say. $6 for a pepperoni slice and it was big. Definitely worth it and will be coming back!They also have a full menu of other items but I came for the pizza so I can’t comment on the other items.

The besr walleye dinner. The waitress Hannah was lovely. Beautiful view of the lake. Does not accept dogs on patio. Upscale place.

We got slices last night and they were absolutely delicious! The truly hit the spot and were gigantic. Very much worth the price - I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

Atmosphere was pleasant, drinks were good but the food quality was not in par with the price. The steak was grainy and thin. The pasta had a strong roux taste to it. Flavors were flat and boring. Our server was sweet and attentive but had little knowledge of her menu or food preparation. She lacked training. Desserts were listed without a description she had to go back and forth to kitchen to gather information. It was the same for entrees. Overall the dinning part was a disappointment, but the bread, which is not free - was good. Lots of potential- great atmosphere maybe we just ordered the wrong items.

I ate here twice because of convenience to Lakehouse Inn. Service was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Food was average, not the level I expected to match ambience and setting of restaurant. I agree with other reviews that prices seemed high.
