turn on some heat in the dining area...food gets cold sitting on the table..have to wear winter coats just to eat..it could be atleast above freezing in the resturaunt...TURN ON THE HEAT...

Place always has you pull over to the front to wait for you for when going thru drive thru. Even when k order using the mobile app they have be pull ahead and wait. I understand you have numbers you have to meet and there are customers behind me. But it’s every time I go thru the drive thru. Today I waited in the drive thru line for 10 mins and then an additional 5 mins pulled up front. Should not take 15 mins to get food from a fast food place

I go to this Mcdonalds often. The staff here are always excellent, friendly and usually very fast. Probably the best staff I have consistently seen at a fast food place.

Glad I paid $6 for a happy meal with no nuggets. How do you forget the main part of a meal? I should not have to double check if you did your job correctly. Thank you for the waste of money. Disgusting.

Literally ordered food and they cancelled it while I was on the way claiming you have to be within a certain distance. I have ordered from my house before as picked up no problem. It seems as If this McDonald's just has some lazy workers now and it's sad it's going downhill!!!

Absolutely Outstanding Experience!
This McDonald’s was 100% outstanding in every way. The food came out faster than I’ve seen at any McDonald’s in years — and it was also fresh and perfectly prepared. The employees truly cared about their work, and it showed.

The front counter employee, Colby, greeted me warmly and double-checked our two orders (mine and my wife’s) to make sure everything was correct and ready to go. Both orders came out immediately, and the entire team worked together efficiently to keep everyone moving smoothly. It honestly gave me hope for the fast-food industry again — something I haven’t felt in a long time.
Unlike many other locations that ask you to pull up and wait just to keep their drive-thru times down, this team was genuinely fast, organized, and doing things the right way. I was so impressed that I stopped to personally compliment both Colby and Manager Sherri for their incredible service and leadership.

If other local McDonald’s or franchise locations want to see how things should be done, they should look to this one as an example. I couldn’t be more impressed — truly a 10/10 experience!

Ordered My McDonald’s just for me to receive the box with the Monopoly piece and it was blatantly taken off and put back on by an employee. This defeats the purpose of the game and I believe this McDonald’s needs to be looked Into on ruining the game.

The employees were all nice, accept for this one manager Dana, she was extremely rude to her staff members. I’ve never have witnessed a manager screaming and swearing at a bunch of highschoolers. It was extremely unprofessional and frankly unacceptable for any management staff to treat team members like she did. I have never been so appalled by someone’s behavior.
