I recently visited this distillery, and it was such a delightful experience! The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Red Eagle Distillery is one of two distilleries that are located in Geneva's wine country. From the outside, it is a cute red barn with a small porch for outdoor seating and picnic tables in front on the lawn. The interior is a clean wooden bar type set up. All of the cocktail drinks are made with the alcohol that is distilled there. I am not a bourbon/whiskey drinker, so most of the drinks I would not order, but overhearing the other patrons talking... they loved it....

The space inside is smaller, they do fit a good amount of people in there, but there’s some tables outside that are perfect on good weather days. They had a ton of specialty cocktails as well as featured cocktails. Every single one we had was delicious. There was a food truck outside...
