We had an excellent experience at Scibblers. The food was well made and tasted amazing. The Owner Chris Shipman gave the staff free reign to make whatever they feel like in order to be inspired and creative in the kitchen. The coffee was a delightful experience as well. Chris himself delivered the drinks to our table and spent some time talking with us and informing us about the business, and you can feel his passion for what he is doing. You will definitely enjoy your food, coffee, and experience if you go here. Plenty of seating is available without feeling cramped.

What a fun place! Fantastic coffee. Met the owner Chris and talked extensively about his story and the coffee. Even got to see the beautiful roaster. Super impressive. So glad we stopped during our stay at GOTL.I highly recommend this delightful coffee shop. Also, order their coffee online to brew at home. You won’t be disappointed.

On a mini vaca and decided to stop in, we were so impressed!!! The coffee smells and tastes amazing. So many neat drink options to try. All coffee is roasted in house!!! You can buy the coffee by the bag also. The owner is so nice and so are the employees. I tried the Samoa Macciato (seasonal drink) and it tastes phenomenal! My husband got a pecan sticky bun and it was so fresh and made in house also. You can't find this kind of care or freshness in a main chain. Now, I just wish I didn't live 4 hours away!!! We will definitely be ordering coffee and having it shipped to us!

Okay…..so we have tried to give this business a chance under the new management. However, I don’t think I can return after today (3/23/24). I ordered a MEDIUM mint cookie cold brew and a veggie panini. After the cashier rung up the coffee after the UP charges, it was $6.35. That’s crazy considering it’s just a MEDIUM beverage. I only needed a non-dairy milk. My husband placed HIS order then we waited (we ordered to-go). After sitting for about 20 minutes, a young lady came out & told me they were out of cold brew. I had to select a different beverage and wait AGAIN. When we finally got to the car, my veggie panini was COLD with the cheese barely melted. It didn’t taste as good (“cold”) BUT I didn’t want to take it back & WAIT AGAIN. VERY disappointed with spending close to $30 with a long wait, ridiculous “up charges” and a cold sandwich.Vegetarian options: Veggie paniniNon-dairy milk

We were in town this past week for the NEC Championship swim meet being held over at the Spire Academy Aquatic Center. We found Scribblers on our first day in town and we were so glad we did! The food was amazing, the homemade desserts were to die for and the staff was very friendly. By the end of the week they knew us by name. The owner Chris even stopped by our table to check on things. We recommended this quaint little deli/coffee shop to other families we talked to and will definitely put it on our places to eat next time we’re in town. This place is a 10/10! If you’re a coffee drinker this place is for you! And if you’re not, this place is still for you!

We walked in around 10 to 3 not knowing they closing at 3. Saw no signs. We were greeted with you can have 2 types of sandwiches. We debated on whether to stay or go. We ordered sandwiches and when they came out they were in to go bags along with "well we close at three." I just think the girl was rude and should have been more upfront with us. The girls doing cleaning were very polite. As we are local we probably won't return anytime soon.
