Ordered food online and when it got here it was only the sandwich. No drink or chips. When I called the store the manager answered told me to take it up with the delivery driver and hung up on me.

The manager, the older gentleman working at 1pm on 1/5/26. Is probably the rudest fast food worker I have ever encountered. I tried to call to see if I could get my drinks and chips the delivery person forgot, and he hung up on me twice, wouldn’t tell me if they were left there or if I could pick them up. Then when I go up there, he has them in a bag, the only pick up order there…. Then had some nasty things to say on my way out. I really don’t understand how you guys employee this person, yet alone make him a manager.

We left your restaurant with undoubtedly the best subs made from any Subway shop that we’ve been to. I know that’s saying a lot right there. Your sandwich artist extraordinaire, Will, undoubtedly and hands-down is the best by far. First of all, he greeted us kindly as we walked in your store. Once we figured out what we wanted and placed our order, Will promptly and meticulously build our sandwiches. He didn’t roll his eyes or give off an attitude when we asked for more toppings or less toppings… He did his job perfectly! It’s a shame, we have three Subway shops in Ashtabula and none can come even closed to this amazing experience. Will did have an issue ringing up our coupon. However, the manager on duty was very kind in assisting him. We left your store with the best feeling of being 100% satisfied. When we got home, the sandwiches were simply outstanding. Thank you so much Will!!

Customer service is the last thing the girls behind counter are worried about. I bought a bottle of pop and asked for a small cup to pour it in. My request was refused and told it would be $1.19 -- for a paper cup. So I take a seat and see the same girl give a young man a FREE cup AND pop from their fountain. Later that afternoon a young man from neighboring store get FREE food!! I will never patronize this Subway again.
The place is clean i work as a delivery driver so i go to subway carly didn’t know how to make a protien bowl she barely gave me any meat and made a smart comment when i said can she warm it up i basically paid 9 for some lettuce. its not a protien bowl with out meat and had a attitude

I work for a wrestling team competing at a tournament in Geneva, Ohio, so I called this Subway location to place a large pickup order for their lunch. I was met with the BEST customer service! Denise, the new General Manager, answered my call and was a superstar helping me place the pickup order. I was met with such kindness and she asked me a few different questions so she could provide the best service to feed my team. I told her a general idea of what we were wanting and she helped me create an order that fit all of my requests and beyond!

My son and I went there to have a quick bite. He saw that they were making Dorito nachos for 5 dollars. The price we paid for the nachos wasn't even worth it. There was almost nothing in it. Three or four pieces of meat. I watched her grab three small pieces of onion and cute them up real small and two thin slices of tomatoe cute up. Also his sandwich he got had almost nothing on it. I use to go to this subway all the time. Now it's just gotten worse. Don't recommend at all. Subway, this is the worse idea yet! At least make it worth my money! So sad too cause I love Subway.
