Just ordered steak sub and chicken bacon ranch subs that I literally hsd to search for the meats on they are basically veggie subs. I call to complain the manager tells me that's what you get eith their promotional deal. Ive gotten subway for 9ver s decade this was the very first time it's happened with a promotional deal or not. If your going to get ripped off using their promotion maybe they shouldn't have them. So it's the new owners clearly.

It's good and ready on time (online ordering) but only when the kids are working. There's been an older lady recently who takes an hour per order. Last time we ordered, it wasnt done until a literal HOUR after we placed the order, making my fiance late for work. She was just complaining audibly the whole time. Today, same story. We ordered an hour ago through the app and its still not ready. It's like she was hired in without training. Going to start ordering at the other Geneva Subway instead even though this one is closer to home.

My son picked up a sub for me and him last night and I have to say it was the best made sub I've had in a couple years. I had the club and it was fantabulous. Keep up the good work I90 Geneva Subway.

Service is rare at this subway. We will never go there again. We walked out of the place. All workers, including the manager, was preoccupied.
There was hardly any choices for food. Worker was very friendly and accomodating.

The lady spoke very soft I couldn't hear her! I ordered a foot long on grain bread she made on plain bread. I asked for yellow peppers she only put 1 pepper!! Most of the veggie end on the counter or the floor when she went to cut the sandwich. I will never go back!!

Just walked in and heard the worker say “oh great now who’s going to help these people?” Also the place was filthy. We ended up just walking out! That is beyond unacceptable that the place is filthy with food all over the counters and the glass cover hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long.. just a horrible experience!
