The food was absolutely the worst I've had in a while! The bread was stale, the burgers were cold, I threw most of my food away because it was that bad! Definitely don't recommend eating here!!

(Theft from this Wendy’s)So I was In Geneva, Ohio for event of the Great Lakes, medieval fair and me and my friend we’re gonna head home all the way in PA, which is like a 4 Hour Drive It was 11:50 AM and the restaurant at this Wendy’s on South Broadway Geneva Ohio Took our order and told us it’ll be a few minutes. It was two separate orders too. Mine was $12.57 and my roommate and friend put an order in for him and his his girlfriend for $23 and some cents, we were told to wait for a few minutes because everything has to be turned back on. It’ll take a few minutes and told to wait near the railing. We were at the to go area. We waited almost an hour and never got our food and we went up to the window like hey where’s our food? All the employee that we had should’ve brought your food over I never did. The manager was shocked and told us to call in for a refund the next day me and my friend never got our refund and. It’s 25 August and this happened on the 16th On a Sunday, so Wendy’s and South Boardway, Geneva Ohio still from me and my friend and we call the manager and she said she took care of it but she never did so lack of responsibility and care so I would suggest to everyone do not go to this Wendy’s at all unless you want your money stolen I will never go back to the Wendy’s ever again no matter what this where it is, and I’m very displeased and unimpressed with all Wendy’s. This is the first time I’ve actually ever had a restaurant steal money for me and not get food back.

The app is awful! IT took $25 off my credit card without a food order. Had to dispute with my bank to get my money back since it wouldn't allow me to use the money it took to pay for my order. Friendly staff! Nice place.

No ice or diet coke in self-serve kiosk. Ridiculously slow service. Soap in the ladies room consisted of the soap dispenser insert sitting on the sink. Dining room and ladies room were not clean.

Very, very ,very slow. Food was good. But geez. All ya can hear is some staff arguing almost non stop. Floors are a slip and fall hazard. Dinning room pop machine was out of the most common drink. No ketchup. Seems this place needs a new day time management.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We stopped at the halfway point of our road trip, and based on this experience, would avoid Geneva in general.

When we entered the restaurant, my daughter got in line while I went to the ladies’ room. There was no toilet paper and the soap dispenser was broken and sitting in the sink. Not the best start.

When I returned to the lobby, the EXACT SAME PEOPLE WERE ALL STILL IN LINE. And this while I went through my purse for tissues and antibacterial anything. As it turns out, it took them another five minutes to produce a drawer.

Things actually got worse. Dress code? Never heard of it. Employees walking around behind the counter in ripped jeans, no head coverings, SANDALS, nothing. More employees than I have ever seen working (and I used to work fast food) yet standing around.

Even better, there were people coming in from drive-thru with the wrong food. When we finally got back on the road after FORTY MINUTES, we discovered they had pretty much ignored what we ordered. Wrong toppings. Wrong sauce.

By far, the worst Wendy’s I have ever been in over more than 40 years eating there. Avoid! I wish I could make this review pop up as a warning when you try to drive into the parking lot.

They were nice but I had a hard time hearing them on the speaker and they forgot my order of fries and salad dressing wasn't the one I wanted
