At 11 AM at opening I placed an app order for delivery, 1120 app showed my order as ready approx 1145 I called and spoke with the Day manager for today sat 11-2. I explained i was calling to check on my order that's it's been showing ready for over 20 mins my concern is will it be hot.. his response thats not possible I just took it out. I explained obviously I'm not there or making accusations just going by app. He hung up abruptly.. pizzas came eventually..cheesy bread and 1 of two pizzas had to be heated in microwave. Likely will be looking for another option next time.

I have been ordering here for years never had an issue until today. I ordered online for curbside pickup. All I ordered was a Caesar salad which I have numerous times before. When I got there after tracking my order saying its ready I notified them I was there. After waiting 10 minutes for curbside pickup I called and they said they would let them know I'm outside. After 10 more minutes came out with my salad. I was very disappointed when I got home and seen this salad with brown lettuce throughout hardly any cheese and not one crouton. I immediately called and they said they were out of croutons I said that I was on my way back to return the salad and to show them the horrible way it was thrown together and for a refund. The girl at register was rude after I explained to her my disappointment and did not even try to apologize or show any remorse! Please do better with customer service

The food was excellent as usual. But service not very good. We ordered and paid on line we were told 20 mins. When we got there close to 20 minutes, they only had 1 person working. We waited an additional 40 minutes. It's crazy that they would only have one person working on labor day. We will probly never order from this location again. We love Marcos pizza , but unhappy with cheap francise owners who want to make customers suffer because they are trying to save 10 bucks. Like that is any kind of money here in the year 2024. You should try the location on Woodville Rd Northwood. Much more customer oriented

I used to think this marcos was amazing. Until one day, my pizza delivery was 45 minutes past the delivery time. So the next time I went and got it myself and didn't tip. That pizza was barely warm, and the cheese bread was in a puddle of grease. It was disgusting. Recently, I ordered pickup again and got there at pickup time and they said 10 more min we just started it. While I was waiting, they were laughing and joking about the delivery guy taking a no tip order saying no tip ohhhh yeahhhh haha as they look at the name. So I got a refund on the spot before the pizza was done and left. NORTHWOOD MARCOS has never made me wait past the pickup time, and my cheesy bread wasn't dripping grease when I bite into it. I always tip more than 5 until the past 4 incidents. Never going to this marcos again, and terrible service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM GENOA MARCOS WHEN THE GENTLEMAN MANAGER IS WORKING!We paid for a food ticket that didn't match our order, that we placed. The food order ticket that we received, didn't even match the ticket we paid for or the order we placed.This manager was going to take back the order we brought home for 1. They were going to throw it away (because they can't give this food to the right customer. That is a huge health code problem. (makes me wonder if this happens often and food goes home and then given to the right customer). 2 proceeded to tell me that there is nothing else he can do. NOT REMAKE MY FOOD AND I PAY THE DIFFERENCE. NOTHING! HE HUNG UP ON ME.

The food here is delicious, we ordered a footlong chicken club sub sandwich and a garden salad and both were pretty good, however, they forgot the croutons on my salad and only gave us a 6 inch sub instead of a 12. The croutons are whatever, but when I brought the missing half of my sandwich up to the girl Skylar at the counter, she apologized but i still never received what I ordered.

ordered pizza to pickup and the girl on the phone was rather rude, i believe her name was Lilly but not 100% sure & when i came in to pick up i was greeted with the same attitude and told her there’s no need for that and another fellow from the back came up and was rude also. yall need better employees without an attitude. absolutely unacceptable & ill never go here again. pizza was soggy and gross.
