I live in the area, and normally the service is good....but here lately the wait times are longer than normal and the food is good....do they need too hire more? Until things change i think we will take our business elsewhere, this happens all the time

Was told on the app our food was ready. Went in to grab it and was told it wasn't. Had another 30 minute wait. Very obviously lies so they don't have bad wait times on the app.

Ordered a delivery order, did not get everything. Had to call 3 times , still did not get everything. Manager stated it's on its way after 3rd phone call, still did not receive. Now my food is cold an hour later. Would not refund any money or even replace the now non-edible cold food. Stay away, manager is a joke. Establishment is a joke.

Slowest Marcos pizza location to ever exist. Over an hour for in town deliveries on the slowest days. Get an email saying the order is in the oven, nearly an hour later it still isn't out for delivery. And this is not a one time occurrence, it happens nearly every time. If you can get your pizza from somewhere else, do it.

Good luck trying to place a phone order. Only to be out on hold. Is it normal to not answer the phone when you are busy? So I stopped on my way by to place an order only to be ignored. once you lose a customer, it’s tough to get them back. 11/08/2025

They said it would take 45 minutes for the food to be done we get to the store and only one order is made by the time the other one is done 30 minutes has passed and the first order is now cold definitely never ordering from you I want a refund

Tonight at 10:30 pm we stopped in your Store to Order two Pizza's, from the Front Counter Team Member's to the Pizza Makers and the Cut Table I'm very happy that We came here to order our Pizza's the entire Team were Wonderful. I Highly Recommend this Team to make your Pies. Thank You All for Two Great Pies.

Love these guys!!! Food is great tasting!! Very friendly employees and quick to serve. Even when busy I have nothing to complain about. If I had to say anything about anything else, I would say I would prefer they wore gloves at the end of the final touches, when the pizza is coming out of the oven.

Broke something at work so I’m bought all the boys pizza so they wouldn’t be mad at me. Uncle Marco was clutch.
At 11 AM at opening I placed an app order for delivery, 1120 app showed my order as ready approx 1145 I called and spoke with the Day manager for today sat 11-2. I explained i was calling to check on my order that's it's been showing ready for over 20 mins my concern is will it be hot.. his response thats not possible I just took it out. I explained obviously I'm not there or making accusations just going by app. He hung up abruptly.. pizzas came eventually..cheesy bread and 1 of two pizzas had to be heated in microwave. Likely will be looking for another option next time.

I have been ordering here for years never had an issue until today. I ordered online for curbside pickup. All I ordered was a Caesar salad which I have numerous times before. When I got there after tracking my order saying its ready I notified them I was there. After waiting 10 minutes for curbside pickup I called and they said they would let them know I'm outside. After 10 more minutes came out with my salad. I was very disappointed when I got home and seen this salad with brown lettuce throughout hardly any cheese and not one crouton. I immediately called and they said they were out of croutons I said that I was on my way back to return the salad and to show them the horrible way it was thrown together and for a refund. The girl at register was rude after I explained to her my disappointment and did not even try to apologize or show any remorse! Please do better with customer service
