Went to pick up breakfast on a Sunday and this place was packed as usual. But the wait didn't take too long and my food came out piping hot.

I always go through the drive-thru because it’s always quick and I get great service. The employees are always pleasant and friendly. My son’s loves their hash browns! And for lunch, his favorite is #7. Wait time in drive-thru even when they’re busy is very quick!

Always mess your food up when there are certain managers working. Fries are usually cold. The inside is so dirty, food all over floors and tables. You pay such high wages, so tell your workers to go out and clean.

Genoa McDonald's has always been great to everyone in the community, it has its regular crowd like a local diner would as well! Fun fact: when this McDonald's opened its doors in Genoa Ohio a guy rode through the parking lot naked on a bicycle, I think he streaked thorough the lobby too!! Haha 😂
