There were 8 in our party. The food took a very long time to get to us. Drink re-fills were not done, pre-bussing was not done. The food was not very warm. The restaurant was uncomfortably cold for most all in our party. It was just not a very good experience for anyone. It was not that busy at all.

I have been eating at rayz for years(not many options in Genoa), the food isn’t horrible and the staff are super friendly! But GOD DAMN WHOEVER IS COOKING THE BURGERS CANT COOK A MEDIUM RARE BURGER TO SAVE HIS OR ANYONES LIFE LMAO. I can order it still moo’ing and no matter what, the burgers all come out well done. Not sure how it’s possible, they can Cook a steak perfectly but not a burger??? Other than that the food is decent! ALSO last time I ate here the appetizers came out with the main course and was COLD. But since there isn’t many options I Will continue to come back and eat but please for the life of god train the cook to make a medium burger. It’s MY FAV FOOD WHEN ITS COOKED RIGHT BUT HAS NEVER BEEN COOKED UNDER WELL WELL DONE HERE :(((

I ordered a salad and most of it was all white and the waitress didn't bother to ask how it was
We went to Rayz because we heard good things..Let's being with the size of the tables and booths.. Four people at the little table where almost 50% of the real-estate is taken by the napkin dispenser and condiments.The food was okay? I guess? I had regular ballz with a medium garlic sauce and my brother had pearch and fries.. Wife and 14 year old had regular plain ballz and potato skins.I sent back my food because it was borderline cold. And my brother had him take his back because it wasn't cooked all the way through and was slimey and his fries were mushy. I got my food back and it was still warm.The plain ballz and potatoes skins were hot.Then after waiting about 7 minutes we finally had to track someone down to get the check.Overall experience was not good. We live in Wisconsin and were in Toledo for a family visit.We probably won't be driving out of our way to go here again.

The service was a good speed for a sit down place and the staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. They were really good about asking if we needed refills and asking how the food was. The food was good. The Carolina gold BBQ sauce is a good option for someone who likes honey mustard. We had a few drinks which made it a bit pricier.
