They tried to sell one spoon of beans and literally 3 pieces of chicken filled to the top with cheese as a “chicken bowl.” They refused to correct the order claiming that the photograph on the ad was just “photo edited.” When I asked for a manager a disheveled lady mumbled something incoherently and left. I asked for her name but she didn’t answer.Bon appetite!

They were closing in 20 min, according to the time online. They wouldn't serve us when asked. WHEN asked what time they closed, i was lied to.. The girl upfront promptly walked away from the counter.

I was here twice over the last few months. The first time was fine...it was cheap and fast food, more like a taco bell than a chipotle. But, it was quick, it was food, and that's what I needed. The second time I stopped it was later in the evening. The staff behind the counter was lackadaisical, and I noticed didn't wear gloves when making my meal. Should have let that be a warning...for the remainder of the 2 hour ride home, I stopped at five different rest stops and fast food establishments for, let's say, gastrointestinal issues. Not sure if they were related; it could be purely coincidental, but that was enough of a bad experience that I'll never stop at this rest area again for food.
