Every time I’ve tried this location they’re always out of meatballs. The only sub I get is the meatball sub. Leaving this review after the 5th attempt. If you don’t carry meatballs just take them off the menu

Put an order online and was excepted they took our money then canceled the order and now management refuses to talk to us about a refund... they like to steel your money without giving you the service

Bread was stale. Ordered chocolate chip cookies. They were burnt and hard. The wife called to complain and girl on phone
was argumentative right from the start.
She was giving every excuse that she could think of

I haven't been to a Subway in many years, but there aren't many other options in this area while passing through. So we had to stop fo food. It was a little busy with a family in front of me. The young girl behind the counter. Handled to rush with poise! She was very calming, kewl, & collected. I really didn't know the menu well, so she took the time to explain the differences. The app wasn't working at all as usual! But she was able to easily figure it out and work through the problem without any help or support! Then she put together, the best subway sandwiches I ever had! I gave her the freedom to make it how she would, and was honestly really good! So now we go to Subway much more often while traveling.

I wish I got this girls name, cuz she made all the difference in the world. She has a perfect demeanor for working customer service. Subway really needs to make sure they don't loose her, cuz is really a difference maker. She keeps the customers coming back. We were passing through from out of state, on May 3rd, 2024 at about 8pm. There were two working at that time, one in the back, while this girl processed the sandwiches and quickly/easily handled the flood of customers!

I usually don't do the Titan Turkey, but it came out awesome with the mustard, Mayo, and Garlic Aoili! So now we will add that one to the rotation as Subways best Sub! Perfect amount of dressing. Why is this girl not managing her own location yet?!?

Service - Slow & unfriendly. The subway worker didn't care that I was there, and would have preferred I went somewhere else. Sandwich - Subway has made a corporate decision to put 25% less meat on the sandwiches. Subway changed it's product to lower quality meats & cheeses. With less meat, the sub tastes like a green pepper & bread sandwich. Not sure if it was just the way it was cooked, but the bread was crumby. Not as crumby as the bread was 12 years ago, but still crumby. The provolone cheese was dried out and taste old. If you order a sandwich with ham. Pull a piece out and look at it. It's not ham. It's pressed meat that is mostly marbled fat. Completely tasteless. Price - I realize times are tough for restaurants. But what Subway has done is inexcusable and seems unethical. Let's take a good long time menu item - the Italian BMT. Let's raise the price of all the subs. Let's rename the sub to Ultimate Italian BMT (sounds great). But let's trick the customer by building a sub with lower quality meats and 25% less meat on the sandwich. Oh, and charge even more than the regular BMT. I say again - look at the ham before you eat it. It's terrible. I can't tell you how bland this sub was. Ranks right up there with chewing on a tire. I've tried multiple Subways in Northern Ohio with similar results (not quote as bad as this one. I'm not going to review all of them. I will not be back to this Subway store and probably won't be going to any Subway. Maybe, I'll try one out of state to see if the low quality is national.

The bread was so stale I couldn't even eat the ends of it. I can't believe the worker would have sold me this bread. Absolutely gross. 12 dollars, wasn't worth 12 cents.

Ordered online about an hour ago, we ordered two different subs. One was a pizza sub we ordered ranch but there is no ranch and just baja chipotle sauce on it along with green peppers that we did not order. The bread is soggy and gross. will not be coming back.

2nd time I’ve gotten sick from the food from this location. If you want subway, go to the one in millbury honestly.
