I ordered 3 coney crates for Halloween yesterday, all of which were poorly packaged but also made incorrectly. I had ordered 2 crates with just chili and cheese, then the final crate with just cheese. All 3 crates were filled with extra onion and mustard completely covering the packaging and food. These so called crates were not even in the right packaging they were all shoved in boxes. They also took over 20 minutes to make rhis food that wasn’t even made correctly. I go to this location about once every two months in an effort that they will get better.
Today I went through the drive thru and asked for two chili cheese sandwiches EXTRA juicy and a vanilla shake.
The sandwiches BARELY had ANY chili … let alone extra. The shake was no thicker than a glass of milk.
I guess I will stop giving them chances!
