We have eaten at several local Hothead Restaurants, but Germantown is our favorite. The service is friendly and they have always been quick at keeping the line moving. We often use the pickup service and the food has been ready on time when we get there. Keep up the good work, Germantown Hot Head's!
The best Hot Head location of them all
I ordered online last week from this store. After bringing my families food home, I first discover that I have no steak on my bowl, call the store, don’t know who I talked to, but they said they would replace it. Then I finally convince my sons to eat theirs, no taco meat!? So I call back, ask to have my meal replaced on my next visit. The person I talked to said sure, I’ll let the manager know. Ha, I should have known better when they hung up without taking any information....read full review
