I had an amazing experience at Aubergine Private Dining Club. I truly appreciate Chef Colin and his entire team for creating such a beautiful and unforgettable evening. Every dish had a special story behind it, which made the experience feel so personal and intentional.
I also loved the artwork throughout the club and hearing the stories behind each piece. The atmosphere was warm, creative, and welcoming. What impressed me most was how smoothly they were able to serve such a large party while still making each guest feel individually cared for and included.
The food was absolutely amazing, and you can truly feel the passion behind every detail. I would highly recommend Aubergine to anyone looking for a unique and memorable dining experience!!!!

We just stepped foot out of the most amazing food experience we have ever had. Walking in to a man who clearly believes in what he wants to build and a staff to prove it. My husband did research to find a dining experience for my 30th birthday and nothing else had opportunities we desired until he stumbled upon Aubergine. Kindness radiates through everything they have and do. They have the ability to make meals suitable for any ones food needs. Seeing around the whole building there is history beyond measure and a bright future ahead. I was so happy with the experience I haven't even touched the unbelievable food! How they could make vegetables insatiable and explosions of flavor is truly a gift and talent. I wish 10 stars was the option! We will definitely be back and already talking about picking a spot to celebrate anniversaries and birthdays to come!

My husband and I were invited to dine at Aubergine with friends, and I honestly cannot say enough great things about this place. From the craft cocktails to the five-course meal, every detail was perfection. The atmosphere is eclectic and inspiring, a haven for creative, artistic food lovers. The staff are clearly passionate about their craft and make you feel genuinely welcome. I’ve been dreaming about this dining experience ever since and absolutely can’t wait to go back.

My family recently celebrated my father-in-law's 90th birthday.
Colin, the owner/chef at Aubergine was very attentive when booking our reservation, taking into consideration our dietary needs as well as food preferences.
When we arrived, we were happily greeted by Levi the general manager and well informed sommelier. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with eclectic artwork. Levi took us on a tour explaining the history behind each of the pieces. He even brought us to the kitchen where we met the chefs!
Aubergine has tremendous ambience due to its' eclectic lighting and unique style.
Our dinner was exquisite. The food was outstanding-beautifully presented and exquisitely prepared.
Before each course, our highly skilled chef Marja approached the table and enthusiastically explained the preparation as well as ingredients in each of the dishes.You could tell how proud she was of her work and how happy she was that we were there enjoying her amazing food.
Our experience at Aubergine exceeded our expectations on all levels.

I've hosted several group dinners at Aubergine and every time Colin and his team knock it out of the park. The food is so well done and the wine pairings are spot on. Looking forward to our next dinner there.

It’s a no for me. It was the boy Joseph that was rude and temperamental if he doesn’t get his way. Reports low reviews to get them taken down. That why this place only has five stars.
