“Not only are the cookies fantastic, the customer service is as well. I ordered cookies from the Worthington location to be delivered for a birthday. Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.”

“Can’t say enough good things about our first visit to this wonderful place. What a gem ! Atmosphere is stylish, warm and friendly. Service was experienced and very nice. House wine perfect. Complimentary fresh focaccia bread scrumptious. Salad was excellent. Chicken Parmesan outstanding. Tiramisu was so worth the calories. Can’t wait to get back there asap! “I usually don't eat lunch, but decided to give it a go today. The store was clean and my food was fresh. What make me write this review was the exceptional service I received from Leeasia upon checking out. I have purchased veggie burritos in past years but Leeasia was the first to explain the free guacamole that comes with the veggie options. This may not seem like a big deal but it made me feel like I was getting a good deal. I always coached my teams on making every customer feel like they are the only customer (by giving undivided attention) and she did just that.”

The Perks: Don’t miss the complimentary soup and tea—excellent touch.

The Downside: The chicken zorbian was not great; I didn’t enjoy it.

“I started working in the area about 6 months ago and I love mom and pop diners for lunch. Since I have visited Scotty's Cafe I have been eating lunch here every day (literally 5 days a week), you can't beat the atmosphere the food is amazing and the owners are definitely one of a kind. Gina and Scotty make you feel like one of the family,the staff is amazing,and you always look forward to your next visit. Definitely a 10 out of 10 every visit.”

“We visited The 698 for the first time a couple weeks ago. We had a large party and were celebrating two birthdays. The service we received from the staff was out of this world! A special shoutout to our server, Riley and the bartender, who took such great care of us! The food was phenomenal and they were so thoughtful to try and time the sushi orders with the cooked orders.
