“Not only are the cookies fantastic, the customer service is as well. I ordered cookies from the Worthington location to be delivered for a birthday. Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.”

“We were so excited to try their new Jerome location, and it didn't disappoint! Their pepperoni is the best we've ever had, their Caesar salad was amazing and their loaded fries are definitely crave worthy. There was a bit of a hiccup with our reservation, but Rusty made it right, handling the situation with professionalism and kindness. We will definitely be JT regulars!”

“I usually don't eat lunch, but decided to give it a go today. The store was clean and my food was fresh. What make me write this review was the exceptional service I received from Leeasia upon checking out. I have purchased veggie burritos in past years but Leeasia was the first to explain the free guacamole that comes with the veggie options. This may not seem like a big deal but it made me feel like I was getting a good deal. I always coached my teams on making every customer feel like they are the only customer (by giving undivided attention) and she did just that.”

We ordered Lamb Haneeth from Yemeni Restaurant for my daughter’s birthday party, and it was a huge hit! Everyone loved the food and kept saying how delicious it was.

High Bank exceeded all expectations! We left with a full belly and A bottle of whiskey to remember them by. Food was incredible. Service was incredible. “I started working in the area about 6 months ago and I love mom and pop diners for lunch. Since I have visited Scotty's Cafe I have been eating lunch here every day (literally 5 days a week), you can't beat the atmosphere the food is amazing and the owners are definitely one of a kind. Gina and Scotty make you feel like one of the family,the staff is amazing,and you always look forward to your next visit. Definitely a 10 out of 10 every visit.”
