“I have wanted to stop in for a while and am glad I did.... If you are looking for a great local spot for a reasonably priced breakfast sammy and coffee, look no further. Located just outside Grandview Heights, this place is very charming and has great service. Everything is made fresh. Biscuits were delicious and the sammy was satisfying. I got the egg, cheese, and sausage on a regular biscuit and really enjoyed it. We also got the special of the day with a jalapeño biscuit. It was very good and left you with a little zing. They also serve Stauf's coffee which I feel is one of the best in the city. Cute little area in the shop for eating or you can eat outside in a nice area. They even have a fire pit. I am sure you will be happy if you give them a try.”

The fact that you can watch your kids play at the park across the street while you finish your meal on the patio really puts this place over the top.Parking: Plenty of on street parking on 1st Ave and several parking spots in front of the restaurant as well.Kid-friendliness: Good options on the kids menu plus right across from a great park. Easy to see your kids play at the park while you are on the patio of the restaurant.”

Are you shooting for a hip Grandview experience or a neighborhood dive? Agave and Rye seems to have one foot in each camp... and it doesn't seem to feel like it's completely put together yet. Give it time, maybe.”

“A great location. Indoor seating is adequate, and supplemented by some outdoor seats as well. Parking is plentiful, which isn't common for the area. I didn't try any of their chocolate, but the coffee itself was great; some of the best I've had in almost half a decade of living in Ohio. It almost had me feeling like I was in Seattle again.”

“What an experience!I asked Colin to put together a great evening for a party of 8 foodies to celebrate my wife's birthday. Colin took care of everything with minimal input from me. Levi served us excellent cocktails at the bar upon arrival, after which we hung out on the patio sofas along Grandview Ave. Dinner was served on the patio at our request, which was a creative procession of delicious courses prepared by Chefs Maria and Colin, and served by the whole team with a personal and easy going feel. We were invited to mingle everywhere, and so were hanging out with other diners, and even back in the kitchen at the end of the night!This was an excellent special event for our occasion, and while we are already planning our next event with Aubergine, we are also going to make it a regular stop for us going forward. Easily one of our favorites in Columbus!Vegetarian options: We had fresh, well designed veggie dishes throughout the night, even though we didn't specify vegetarian. The menu is customized for each party, so all you need to do is provide input and you will get the menu you want, even different menus for the same party.Dietary restrictions: The menu is entirely customizable, which is a big benefit of the restaurant. They even managed to create a new dessert day-of for a member of our party with an egg sensitivity. It took 8 rounds of trial and error; this should tell you how well taken care of you will be here.Wheelchair accessibility: The entire facility is ground level, with curb cutouts very close by the door. Restrooms seemed to have enough space for maneuvering a chair, though we did not have the need.”

“My experience at this location has improved quite a bit from a year or two ago, I think they got new management in because the quality of the food, portions, and service have all improved. I used to drive to a different further away chipotle to get my fix but now I feel pretty confident eating at the w. 5th location.”

“As a carnivore I went to a purely out of love for my cousin but left smitten! The experience was peaceful, beautiful and delicious! Tips for me was the wild mushrooms with sofrito rice. Definitely did not expect to see sofrito rice on a menu here! The brown butter hollandaise was perfection. For dessert the chocolate tart was everything one should be: a firm, deep and dark, blanket of chocolate that you can just wrap yourself up into with accompaniments I would have never considered: a Sauvignon Gris with caramel and porcini cocoa dust. Washed down with amaro nonini. The service was also amazing, and the vibe cozy and intimate.”

“Such a fun atmosphere, they make you feel and treat everyone like family! We initially met Scotty and crew at a wedding they were catering (delicious food!) and learned about the restaurant, which is what lead us to the actual cafe. Wonderful food and friendly service. Scotty and Gina are so kind and take time to get to know the people dining in. Looking forward to bringing our kids for their birthday celebrations!”

“First thing, steak temps were as ordered. It may sound a little obvious but I have spent too much money at “top notch” steakhouses and chop houses that don’t get the temp right on our steaks. Second, service was second to none! Not too in-your-face or the opposite and never able to be found. And, they definitely were NOT pretentious. Shaun was our server tonight and I can’t say enough positive things. He had great suggestions regarding the menu, especially in response to specific questions like the aged steaks. 70 and 85 days aged is going to yield a pretty ripe steak. I went with the boneless ribeye Delmonico. It was delicious. We asked about having our Christmas dinner there and we are a party of 8, so Shaun told us to give him a minute and he went and got someone who came to the table and discussed making those arrangements. Shaun followed up with us afterwards. I can’t say much more! The prices are higher than other “high end” steakhouses but there is no question anymore if it is worth it. “Mjomii has a calming atmosphere with very friendly staff and a great selection of deserts. We had the mango milk which was perfectly balanced, the mochi butter tarts which are chewy sweet/savory, and 10 macarons to try the different flavors. Mjomii balances flavor well, not too overpowering, like their name “subtle and enticing””

“We have a tradition of going out for Indian food for Easter dinner but it got cut off during COVID. This year was such a wonderful return to a lovely tradition. The vegetarians and omnivores in our family are both happy—we got tandoori fish, saag paneer, Navratan Korma, chicken saag, and tandoori shrimp with a naan basket and the vegetarian appetizer platter. Every bite was better than the last.TLDR: Excellent food, eat here now.Vegetarian options: I love going to places where they don’t think it’s unusual to forego meat. 10/10 recommend!”

“My parents told me this place was new so we gave it a try. We ordered chicken tikka and chicken vidaloo and got the sampler appetizer. My husband got his vindaloo mildly spicy and said it was just enough to make him sweat. My Tikka (not masala) tasted like a warm hug. It was perfect. Can't wait to go back!!”

“I love that I finally have a good Deli in my Neighborhood. The Sandwiches are delicious. You get exactly what you're paying for. Nice portions, fresh ingredients and a great staff. They accommodated me asking for the fixings on the side, as my Elderly Aunt wanted to heat up her sandwich later. The store is in walking distance, and it was clean. I met one of the Owners while there the last time. It's definitely going to be my go to place to order when I'm craving a Sandwich. I also want to try their Crepes. I'm telling all of my Friends and Neighbors about Frenchi's Deli. Sorry that I didn't add a picture. My Sandwich didn't last long enough for one.”

“My husband and I frequent highbank very often. We usually go in large groups with co-workers and we always make reservations in advanced. We are always well accommodated, we never wait long for drinks, and the food is always on point. We've been going for about 1.5 years now and we have only ever been disappointed once, and when we brought it up to the waitress she was very quick to fix the problem. My husband has done a few tours, made his own bottle of whiskey, and he has nothing but amazing things to say about that as well. I'm not a straight whiskey girl, more of a cocktail girl, and their cocktails never ever disappoint. This is the perfect location to have high quality food with refreshing, perfect cocktails. We recommend highbank to everyone we talk to when it comes to food and drinks.”
