Local delivery!!!!!!!!! This location is by far the worst third-party delivery pick up location. I urge anyone that have deliveries coming out of this location to watch closely. If your order went through two drivers or your order is taking longer than usual you’re better off canceling that order. It is a clear indicator that the store is having problems, fulfilling orders, and for the life of me I cannot figure out why! 🤦🏽♂️ they don’t have no problem with staffing. They have enough people in there to be able to put orders out in a timely manner I’ve noticed over the last 3 1/2 months for this location that it’s been a consistent problem with getting orders ready in a timely manner multiple times I go to pick up delivery orders that are clearly marked as ready for pick up that has not been started on therefore causing drivers to have to unassigned orders!! I cannot stress enough, how frustrating this is To deal with consistently having employees ignore customers and delivery drivers with their backs turned, also, in the mornings, there is a young lady who is normally working putting the orders in the bags from the make line y’all had her doing that for quite some time now and she has problems paying attention to how orders are coming up she picks and choose what she wants to get ready instead of doing them in the order that they came Which is a huge problem !!!! it would help a lot if management can let the staff know to stay tentative as customers come in and out the door, most importantly, third-party deliveries!!!!!

I pay 50 cents more for a specialty syrup to be placed in my Sunjoy and I can’t get a refill of it. Thank you management for saving the bottom line by not allowing me 50 cent syrup a second time. Will probably not be back. Also no “my pleasure” just worn out over worked employees. Manager never addressed me or apologized for an inconvenience.

The only thing I would change is that the chick-fil-A delivery cars are parked in the curbside spots. There was 4 delivery cars parked in curbside when we was here. They should be parked somewhere else. Curbside and convient parking spaces should be for customers. Other than that I've always enjoyed this location.

I waited nearly 15 minutes for my food to arrive to the table. It was not rush, drive through and dining room were dead. When I went up to the counter to ask if it was close to being ready the person platting the food responded with “if it was ready we would have had it brought to the table, it will be out soon”.

Just purchased sandwiches & they was dry over cooked. Bun with their sauce mad it better. Man not like it use to be.

Newest one in Columbus. My 14 year old daughter can't get enough.

Wrong drink discovered after we drove away and all three kids meals were missing their prize. Disappointed kids.
I drive back to pick up the prizes and to give me little kid board books because that's all they have left. Should be able to tell me that when I order so I can select the ice cream instead for the kids. But now it's too late. They should have told me when I picked up the order so I could have switched to ice cream or have it deselected in the app if they run out.

This Chick-fil-A was the Beverly hills of Columbus Ohio! The customer service, food, and atmosphere was amazing!! I'll make the drive just for the experience!
