this location is always fast, fresh and has a very friendly staff. there isn't much concern visiting during rush hours because the staff balances the dining room and drive through traffic really well.

every time I come pick up an order and they say its ready it never is and make you wait almost 20 minutes even if not busy

0/10 definitely don't recommend. The line is CRAZY and if you're doing mobile order they literally tell you to just hop in line with everyone else. There's no separate process for those ordering pick up in advance. So I promise you either just order there or order indoor pick up. I tried to go in to just pick up the food , explaining to them it's paid for and I had just come from the drive thru line spoke with 3 people who didn't know how to help. One explained I would need to find the order online and cancel it and then reorder. I asked for just a refund they said they couldn't do it either. Eventually they found the meal at the drive thru window. Food cold and wait time just the same if not longer. And for anyone thinking this is just a matter of impatience, possibly. But the whole point of trying to order in advance was for a quicker process, especially with a little child.

Best Chick-fil-A in Columbus ,worth the extra drive The Chick-fil-A in Grandview (Columbus, OH) is hands down the best Chick-fil-A in the city. I literally drive the extra mile just to come to this location because the quality is always top tier especially for breakfast. The food is consistently fresh and perfectly made. The hash browns never taste like leftover grease; they’re always hot, crispy, and fresh. The biscuits are amazing every single time, soft, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can tell this team takes pride in what they serve. What really sets this location apart is consistency. Other Chick-fil-A locations can be hit or miss, but Grandview never disappoints. I know exactly what I’m getting every time, and it’s always excellent. And honestly, one of my favorite little details,they always put the Chick-fil-A mint in the bag. Such a small touch, but it makes a big difference. It’s thoughtful, memorable, and something I wish every Chick-fil-A did. If you want the best Chick-fil-A experience in Columbus, this is the one. Grandview sets the standard.
I ordered my breakfast at 10:30, they took my money and told me to take a seat. 15 minutes pass by and they come to tell me that “We aren’t serving breakfast anymore.” An employee even came out to say she could get the bread but the manager refused. How is it my fault that this place is not coordinated? You take my money and then don’t give what is ordered.

If I could, I would give this Chick-fil-A a 30 out of five stars Jamir was such a sweetheart. I gave him 21 dimes to pay for my ice cream cone when the ice cream cone was $1.85 and he just did it without a smile on his face though, but we love Jamir he was such a kind hearted, sweet kid. He deserves a raise.❤️❤️

We ordered at the same time as another group, done in. I overheard they delivered our food to the other group whom I could see had already manipulated the food.
Not 1 minute later, the staff proceeded to bring that order out. I was not comfortable having an order that was brought to another table and handled by them first, so I asked for it to be remade. The staff member said ok but not 2 minutes later brought out the food - impossible to have been made in that time and of course, not piping hot (or hot at all).
I did not send it back a 2nd time since my wife was concerned, but that is not a practice I would expect from Chick-fil-A.
