I think it’s a given to say that you will receive great service at any Chick-Fil-A restaurant, however, Garrett gave such great service tonight. I hadn’t been to this location in weeks and he remembered my name. I overheard some of the employees say he’s leaving due to a different job opportunity. This location is losing a great staff member. Good luck on your future endeavors, Garrett!
In general, this location is super quick and accurate and efficient. It’s a little hard to get in and out of, another reoccurring problem with all Chick-Fil-A locations, lol!

I went through the drive thru around 3:15 just now and as I was picking my food up at the window I misunderstood the name of the order because it sounded VERY familiar to my name. As soon as I got the drink, I realized it wasn’t my order and I apologized for misunderstanding and told her my name to help her. She did not say a single word and gave me the dirtiest look and never told me to have a good day just nothing. I’ve never been in a situation like that and in my opinion I was being so polite it wasn’t that deep and she decided to be disrespectful for no reason. That was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

caleb(manager?i think) was AWESOME. he helped us get our food as soon as we walked in. he was so polite! my son kept screaming and throwing his bottle and he would go out of his way to pick it up. i didn’t get the names of the other workers but we dropped our fries and they instantly got us a new fry! love the environment the people are awesome. we come to this location everytime we come to columbus.. thank you everyone!

One of the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Cold sandwiches, average service. The cleaner guy kept on sweeping and mopping the floor while the customers were still eating. He continued even when we requested him to stop. Not visiting this place again.
