4/25/24 12:20 pmDining room lady with mask and gloves delivering food to tables then grabbing broom and dirty trays with the same gloves on. Then back to delivering food to customers with those some gloves on. Absolutely disgusting and Chick Fil A should be ashamed. Educate your people on safe food handling practices. That’s how people get very sick!!!

Be careful what card you give them the person in the window may be swiping the account info off of it to make their own purchases. I had to order a new bank card after reporting a fraudulent purchase that occurred twenty minutes after buying dinner here with a card I almost never use. I gave them the time when it happened; their response was that chick-fil-a doesn’t gather credit card info… what? I said what about somebody keeping a hand held device in their pocket to swipe cards? They said they don’t allow their employees to have stuff like that and are normally very diligent. This is called credit card fraud and it’s illegal, period.

Worst experience I ever experienced at chic fila . Remind you I ordered online . I get to the window I have 3 different servers . The first young girl hands me my food and then proceed to ask me if I received my ice cream I say no and she says “oh okay have a great night “ then shut the window… the 2nd server tells me their ice cream machine is runny so I can’t get a regular ice cream cone ( ice cream wasn’t even runny they were just lazy and ended up working harder not smarter) and proceed to talk to a customer yelling over my car asking to let them order really quick even though it’s after 10pm after being rushed off from the window because there was sooo much going on… I then wait for my cone since I had to get my ice cream and my cone separate at this location for some reason at this point we are annoyed. My fiancé drives off not realizing I had drinks too. We didn’t even leave the restaurant lot yet, proceed to make a U-Turn. I then get back in the drive thru line to try to retrieve my lemonade and ice cup they forgot. The refused to help us or hear what we had to say. We had to blow the horn and flag them down for 10-15 mins even though every worker looked at us and laughed like we was begging them to take our order in reality I just wanted the items I paid for. The workers laughs and talked sh*t under their breath the one light skin lady in the grey shirt which I’m sure is a supervisor or lead was the ring leader then Bre Castillo came to the window not even opening it but trying to yell through the drive thru window which they refuse to open to hand me and my daughter cups they then send out the smallest child (the same little girl that handed me my food) came out of the restaurant to places my drinks on the freaking Ground like I was a dog. This is the most disgusting inhumane thing I have seen . I demand to speak with the general manager and demand action immediately! I will be back to discuss this matter . It’s a shame how they just hire anyone . The team wanted to be rude and nasty then say its company policy to not open the window for safety purposes but instead company let you send out a employee physically to sit their drinks on the ground ? That’s not sanitary I would like a refund due to they kept telling me to call corporate and no one ever answers

I used the drive thru so the atmosphere may not be accurate. But the staff was so friendly that it felt welcoming! I had never been here before but always heard great things about it. ALL TRUE! my sandwich was huge and so tasty ? I couldn't eat it all... But it was as good cold! Parking: There were plenty of parking spots. However, this place was so busy that there weren't any available. This place is just that good and worth the wait ?
