Truly a horrible experience every time. Staff is always rude and slow. The food always tastes off. I won't ever go back to this location.

Don’t ask for double rice until you’ve seen what the single rice portion looks like. I swear these guys ration rice like it’s the Great Depression. Chipotle used to be my go to carb and protein snack before the gym but now it’s just overpriced for what you get. Not worth the hassle to make them half scoop rice 5 times

I decided to put an online order tonight from Chipotle on 5th avenue in Grandview. When I went to pick up my food at 5:50p there was one employee working. I know this isn’t an idea situation but she was the kindest person. I am sure she was stressed out because she had to tell customers they couldn’t be served due to staffing. She deserves a promotion and some recognition for how professionally she handled the situation. My food was also delicious & made perfectly. Thank you for making my experience great.

I found the food to be good. People ok. But all the seating was off the floor. I guess they had just mopped. But we were starved and it sounded ever so slightly better than the Taco Bell next door after a long day of reading energy.

One of the most consistently good and conveniently located Chipotle's. Inside seating is like two sections, a street view of the short north, or there's a quieter small strip of bar type seating facing the side street.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. The staff was unfriendly and rude from the moment I walked in. Portions were extremely skimpy compared to every other location I’ve been to, and it honestly felt like they were trying to cut corners on every order. To make it worse, the employees were talking about customers in front of them, which is incredibly unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this location and would recommend others to go elsewhere.

The staff was noticeably frustrated about something was not very welcoming or nice or shown that they wanted to be there. The portions they were giving were a little too comical, chipotle has a rep for shorting portions, but this was onto a next level they gave you rice that did not even fill the entire bottom of the bowl And every other portion was a joke. I’m not exaggerating when I said they gave me about six tiny pieces of steak. I make this drive because it’s close to work but I will gladly waste more of my lunch driving to another location.
