Lion Cub's Cookies

My recent experience was met with poor product and rude staff. Unfortunate change in the recent weeks where only mini cookies are served (with 0 notice on their website by the way). While touted as a customer data driven change, this is ultimately a huge net negative to the customer with no way to twist it (other than something about “more flavors!”). There is no win where the customer is paying more money for less product. If this came with a reduction in price, it’d be a decision motivated by care for customers—this is a move strictly motivated for monetary gain. Especially because smaller cookies are more labor intensive even. But still, the owner will reply saying how “it’s a win! The customer gets to pay us more money for less product!”

After them replying to me, saying “if we wanted more money we’d only offer large cookies!” Which again, you’d give your customers a better value? No wayyyyy! Ultimately a greedy move pushed because “people would rather pay more money for less cookie as long as they get more flavors!” Awful business owner.

Cubs cookies had some of the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life although that’s back before they stopped serving there large size cookies. Me and my family were very disappointed when we had heard they discontinued the large size cookies that were by far more delicious and was the perfect serving amount for a quick snack and great price. I don’t know who recommended this switch but I would recommend to take your time to insomnia or crumble for either insomnia deluxe large size cookie or crumble large size cookie which are far better for the price and snack proportions.

Cookies good and all but stopped selling the regular/big size cookies which kind of ruins the anticipation and is very underwhelming very disappointed

I don't think I've ever been disappointed with Lion Cubs... Their cookies are always thick, soft & moist. My favorite is the iced rainbow sugar cookie, but all of them pair well with a glass of milk.

Unbelievable quality and variety of munchies.

I loved Lions Cub Cookies. I had their citrus cookie and it was so delicious. Friendly welcoming staff too!

The cookies are super fresh, warm and delicious! My favorites from this order are the Cinnamon Rolls and the Holiday Iced Sugar.

Now my boyfriend and my favorite dessert spot in Columbus! We love supporting a local business that offers such delicious cookies. Currently loving the pumpkin chocolate chip flavor and excited to see what new ones I get to try next month!
