Seven 4 Zero is known as a go to spot for burgers. The cheeseburgers never disappoint, and the staff are always friendly whenever people stop by. The ice cream section is also popular, though reviews note that portions are small for the price. A cherry sundae received a small scoop of ice cream with a single cherry on top, and other sundaes were similarly skimpy. The cookie dough milkshake was highlighted for its generous amount of cookie dough. Customers waiting for food often experience long waits, such as over 20 minutes for chicken fingers and a sandwich. Customer service was mixed; the employee at the register was curt and unhelpful, and a free cone coupon from the Elf Hunting event was rejected with the statement, “we’re not taking those anymore.” Overall, the food is good, but value and service leave room for improvement.
