Had a minor problem with my order and Beth fixed it with no problem very professional and very cool and sweet I wish employees at other restaurants were this welcoming and kind ill be coming back here a lot more ❤️

A web order this past Sunday evening. One of the 4 items [3 burgers & 1 fry] was a no bun for me, who is celiac. I marked/stated I was there & still waited nearly half an hour for order [it was not busy at all.] I figured the person before me had a large take out order..she didn't. I saw them making my no bun part, and still nothing ..after waiting patiently, they finally realized I was still waiting on my to-go order, they said they were getting the fries going. I was then handed one bag that had order ticket on there. Got home and the no bun item was not there. I called to tell them, which they admitted they saw they didn't give me my second bag containing it right after I walked out.. why wouldn't you stop me?? Or call the # on my order? I politely asked to just refund me that missing item [$10] I was told they had to have a manager do it, took my number & they would call me the next day. By 4 pm that following day, no call, so I called & had to once again give my contact info. BTW, web orders have my contact info as well, just refund me! It is now Friday with no contact from owner or manager. I also contacted via website with all my info. If it was a $2 item, I would care less. However, not only was the item nearly $10, having Celiac, I was left with no dinner while the others had food. perhaps leaving a review will get their attention. O already reached out to the website contact us with no response, which is why I now turned to reviewing.

I wish I could give this place 80 stars. Beth(Manager) and the entire staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, patient & Quick. My food got to me before I could grab drinks and sit down. Beth especially was excellent and welcoming. The food was so good I ordered one for the road. This was the ultimate Five Guys Experience. The Food was incredible. 80/10

Usually pick up a bag of fries when running around town & service & quantity has been nice in the past but today was ridiculous & terrible. Almost $16 for fries & this is what I get

I'd give it 5 start if the hamburger and fry prices were more reasonable. Rockness Max the Knife has 4 patties (double the size of 5 Guys). It taste just as good . $7 for a large fry?
The counters are nasty the don't clean the at all there a six ince layer of film on it

I typically luv it here! I go many times a month. Used to stop and take food to the rehab facility behind there! BUT my last eat was so greasy and soggy. I told myself I won’t go again. Today I tried the one on the strip, soggy, grease drenched. Bring back the best burger and fry experience to hit your tastebuds!!

So my review its about the miss information, I went to this 5 guys at 8:45 so hungry and surprised the door its locked at 8:45 and they showed they close at 10 so they need to correct that.

Burgers were delicious & made exactly as ordered. But fries were extremely overly salted. And two special flavored shakes that ate into my savings account lacked flavor. A salted caramel shake without lush caramelly yumminess or salty tang, and a candy cane crush shake without pepperminty perkiness has me saying bye bye 5 Guys.
