Hot Head Burritos

Excellent service with great customer care and a good menu to select from. Food was great and Hot! They add a little cinnamon to their burgers for a little sweetness without the sugar.
Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through this area.

Love this place so much! My boyfriend and I eat here at least once a week. Managers are awesome and the food is always bomb (way better than chipotle). Store is clean, food is fresh, employees are kind.

Heavily underrated!!!

Had thee most bland guacamole and they charge a $1.75 per scoop I got two on my bowl and my daughter got a scoop on her lil bowl so got charged for 3 scoops no problem. The chicken in the chicken bowl wasn’t rubber thank goodness at least the sauce was spicy along with the cheese but to make bland guacamole they must have forgot the cilantro & salt. My plastic cup busted getting ice he gave me a regular cup and also a lid for my leftovers which my bro will ended up eating tomorrow. My daughter’s steak was tough not seasoned and over cooked and she loves burnt food but not when it taste like dog food. Also on Thursday May 22, 2025 there was a special needs young man in there w/his family who was saying hi to everyone when leaving the restaurant the whole crew standing around talking laughed at him as he and his family fully walked out it took me every effort NOT to go up there and say something to them. I have a special needs brother that I don’t have to play play with others and their ignorance. Upon leaving they were still standing around talking amongst themselves no one else in restaurant at that time I don’t care about. One said “have a nice day” I said “yeah I don’t know HOW you can make thee most bland guacamole like how do you f up guacamole”. They stopped giggling after that. I didn’t say this part but NOW I SEE WHY YOU HIRING because yall CAN NOT SEASON OR COOK PROPERLY. I like seasoning and flavor and this was so disappointing. Will never return. $33 wasted on not even a TEMU Chipotle.

Food was so bland, steak was like dog food and the guacamole was very bland, you can tell the food and service is not important here at ALL

Good burritos, staff could be a little better trained but was a nice experience.

The young fella serving us was fast. Honestly I was quite surprised at how polite he was to my wife. Great work!

Food tasted fresh and amazing, I will definitely be going back!

The wife and I walk in to get some dinner, no greeting but two sets of eyes staring at us. One worker a female walks literally around us to go fill a bin full of ice, then a male worker which I assume was a want to be manager as he didn’t want to take our order either. That’s when I said never mind we won’t burden you guys. It’s a wonder they are closing up. These workers need to understand the customer pays their paycheck and they should give much better customer service. Also smelled like urine and the floor was wet and sticky.

Came in for the first time, Jamar was awesome! Super friendly and helpful!!

Food was good, service was super fast I ordered, paid, and left within 5 minutes. The guys working were friendly.

Wrong order, staff doesn’t know what they are doing

Today was my first time, and I left without food. I walked in cheerful and with a smile. The young kids working there all had frowns on their faces. I asked a question, and they all stared silently back at me with no answer. Finally, I approached the young man, making the burritos. I repeated my question to him, and he answered politely. He was the only one with a smile. I explained to him that I am a trucker and that I could only eat half the burrito and did not want my burrito exploding open. I asked if I could have two tortillas, and I would gladly pay for the second tortilla, but only half the stuffing for one burrito into each tortilla. He told me that could be done. Especially because I was willing to pay for the second tortilla and tip for the inconvenience of the workers. I got all the way down to the end and was ready to pay. The young boy who was frowning told me that he had to charge me for two burritos. I explained what I did. Even the young boy who made my burrito explained that I only had half the stuffing in each tortilla. The young man trying to double charge me argued with me. I told him that I had no problem paying for the extra tortilla. He continued to argue with me and told me he had no choice. He was not reasonable at all. If I wanted to pay for two burritos. I would have paid to have a bowl and the tortillas on the side. I will never experience this place because I will never give my business to it. They hire ungrateful, nasty young people who have no idea how the service industry works. I have worked in the service industry. I worked in the service industry back in the day when you had to do it with a smile or you would lose your job. I did not expect tips for bad service.Like the kids do these days. I don't believe these young people should lose their job. But I believe they need training. I believe they need to understand that's the best way to get a good tip is to smile and be friendly and helpful. I recommend people stay away from this place. Chipolte has never tried to charge me double for doing the same thing.And although their staff does not smile very often. They are much friendlier and helpful.

Food want fresh, dining room was dirty, staff didn’t listen to my order. Very poor experience

Worst ever. Order was wrong. Bowls were half full. Left a nasty note on receipt. Go to Chipotle that is next door if you want food.
