The food is amazing here but both times we were here the staff was horrible. No personality and they both looked like they were being held prisoner. I will keep coming back. I go for the food, not for conversation. The staff can have better customer service skills tho.

Hot Heads is my go to place to eat. It’s always clean and the food is great. I ordered online for the first time last night and my order was good. I did ask for extra lettuce, and don’t feel I got extra. But, other than that- excellent!

Excellent service with great customer care and a good menu to select from. Food was great and Hot! They add a little cinnamon to their burgers for a little sweetness without the sugar.
Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through this area.
Love this place so much! My boyfriend and I eat here at least once a week. Managers are awesome and the food is always bomb (way better than chipotle). Store is clean, food is fresh, employees are kind.
