Hot Heads is my go to place to eat. It’s always clean and the food is great. I ordered online for the first time last night and my order was good. I did ask for extra lettuce, and don’t feel I got extra. But, other than that- excellent!

Excellent service with great customer care and a good menu to select from. Food was great and Hot! They add a little cinnamon to their burgers for a little sweetness without the sugar.
Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through this area.

Love this place so much! My boyfriend and I eat here at least once a week. Managers are awesome and the food is always bomb (way better than chipotle). Store is clean, food is fresh, employees are kind.

Heavily underrated!!!

Had thee most bland guacamole and they charge a $1.75 per scoop I got two on my bowl and my daughter got a scoop on her lil bowl so got charged for 3 scoops no problem. The chicken in the chicken bowl wasn’t rubber thank goodness at least the sauce was spicy along with the cheese but to make bland guacamole they must have forgot the cilantro & salt. My plastic cup busted getting ice he gave me a regular cup and also a lid for my leftovers which my bro will ended up eating tomorrow. My daughter’s steak was tough not seasoned and over cooked and she loves burnt food but not when it taste like dog food. Also on Thursday May 22, 2025 there was a special needs young man in there w/his family who was saying hi to everyone when leaving the restaurant the whole crew standing around talking laughed at him as he and his family fully walked out it took me every effort NOT to go up there and say something to them. I have a special needs brother that I don’t have to play play with others and their ignorance. Upon leaving they were still standing around talking amongst themselves no one else in restaurant at that time I don’t care about. One said “have a nice day” I said “yeah I don’t know HOW you can make thee most bland guacamole like how do you f up guacamole”. They stopped giggling after that. I didn’t say this part but NOW I SEE WHY YOU HIRING because yall CAN NOT SEASON OR COOK PROPERLY. I like seasoning and flavor and this was so disappointing. Will never return. $33 wasted on not even a TEMU Chipotle.
