So friendly, we felt like 'family' even though we were just passing through. Great service and lots of delicious food for the price. Several local family members told us the restaurant changed its name to Hometown Diner. (A rose by any other name is still a rose and one thing is for sure, regardless of the restaurant's name, the food was beyond tasty! My meat sampler had pulled pork, sausage, chicken wings, and brisket. I enjoyed it. The sauces enhanced the meats even more. The pulled pork, brisket and blackberry/bourbon barbecue sauce was delicious! Staff is really friendly. We also had the peanut butter pie! Yum! Just a place that makes you feel really welcome!
