This young gentleman right here represents this restaurant with pride and joy. He is very passionate about his job and loves to make his co workers laugh. He is an upbringing soul and a great addition to the penn station team!

Found hair in my food, they refunded me my money. The lady who prepared the food waited til my back was turned & rolled her eyes, my child SAW you lady!!! that’s where I have an issue. I wasn’t upset about the hair because I get it, things happen but don’t be so butthurt. Nobody wants to eat someone else’s hair!!

Make sure you are watching what they're doing. One of the employees went from handling raw chicken to wrapping up my sandwich without changing gloves. Said it's okay I didn't touch the sandwich just the paper.

Just picked up 3 half subs and mine had a dead bug on the outside of the sandwich. I called the store and the young man just said got it. I will never eat here again.
