I gave atmosphere a 4 Bevause it can feel and get crowded at the front of the store but the workers are very kind and helpful, the girl with red hair and face piercing makes the BEST matcha if you want matcha definitely make sure she is there!
Update 8/30/25: I decided to give this location another try. I want to preface this that the employees generally cannot control this and the fault strictly falls back onto the manager and Starbucks! Ordered the Iced Pecan Crunch Latte with no special instructions just “as is” on the app. Went to pick up up…NO COLD FOAM. Very great team at this store sometimes there is a little bit of a wait time but only when super busy everyone always try there best and does a great job remember they are human too even when dealing with impatient difficult or rude people they still do their best to meet customer needs no need to point them out by what they look like physically remember they might have had a bad day other wise great place to stop in
